I’ve been using AGS for all of my event production needs for years. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the team, the service, and quality of products! They have never let me down, even in a pinch, and this is so important when you’re dealing with customers, partners, and multiple activations across the US! I don't like leaving negative reviews but we had the worst experience with AGS and their team members. The only reason I am using the entire story is I feel they have tried to put the blame on our shoulders throughout the entire process and likely will try to justify their poor service again.

We were utilizing AGS for handling services and had a tight turnaround from a show in Massachusetts to Myrtle Beach. We reached out to ASG and let them know that we would not be able to hit their advanced warehouse deadline but also couldn’t guarantee arriving on the show date. They told us it was no problem and we could pay a 30% late charge if our product arrived late and they would send it straight to the show. We then verified in their contract that this was the case.

UPS attempted 4 times on 3 different days (both weekdays and weekends) to deliver the product to the advanced warehouse. They not only declined all 4 times but told them to return the product back to Milwaukee.

We of course arrived at the show and our booth materials were not there. When we notified AGS they said that it was our fault for not hitting the advanced warehouse deadline. After we informed them of previous conversations and their own contract terms they still would refuse an apology or accept responsibility. They told us they could point us to a local company to make us a sign but they would not pay for it. I let them know I have already reached out to fast signs and spent $600 to make signs.

They then said we must not have shipped to the proper advanced warehouse and UPS likely screwed up (once again blame shifting). We then went to UPS and got GPS tracking and they indeed attempted to deliver all 4 times at the proper address. We notified AGS, they still did not offer an apology. They did say they could possibly have an 8x10 banner made for us but it would arrive after the show. This obviously does us no good.

The bottom line is they already knew we spent $600 on graphics and they spent the entire time blaming everyone else but themselves and offered no apologies. We feel they finally had no answers when UPS provided GPS tracking and they offered us a backdrop that would have arrived too late.

We do 15+ trade shows a year and this is easily the worst service we have had and if we could we would never use AGS again. Unfortunately they are involved with a few shows that we do. I wish zero stars was an option.

I gave AGS a try after working with another company for over 25 years. I love the creativity and personal touch they bring to every show. They make suggestions to keep my budget in line while never sacrificing the look of the show. More importantly, they value the relationship they have built with their client and shows me they care about people over profits.
