Our family couldn’t be happier with this gym. To start off they give you a free week to train with the classes. This works out perfect for yourself and even more so for your kids. You can find out if this is something your kiddos enjoy and want to learn. The coaches are all so experienced, passionate, friendly and patient with the children and adults alike that you will sign up before the free week even ends. I can’t say enough great things about atmosphere created and knowledge the coaches bring each and every day to class. I’ll attach a picture of the weekly schedule so you can see all the dates and times of classes. To top it all off is the more than reasonable monthly price for all this gym offers.

I trained here in highschool for their kickboxing classes and I absolutely loved it ! Everyone treated me with so much respect and kindness, and I learned so much on self defense plus enjoyed a great workout before training. Coach Franklin is a family man, and I got really close with him and his family during my time there. If you’re choosing a gym to train at, this is most definitely the one!

I have gone here for almost 4 years. It is a great workout and the community here is awesome. Everyone is friends and get together so well. The coaches teach so well and help you out if you need anything. They have many classes that usually fit to most schedules. This place only gets better with more people to train with. Definitely come check the gym out, its an awesome experience and environment. If you are possibly thinking about fighting or even just looking to have experience this is the right place. Everyone here is so motivated to only get better. A lot of people who never thought would compete, like myself, are now competing in the sport. This place is my lifestyle now and I love it.

Franklin is the best trainer in the I.E. hands down. I've been training with him for a while and he seems to know what you're going to do before you do it. He is very friendly and professional. He assesses your skills and trains you to progress to the next level for whatever level you're at.it's not just a great gym, its the trainers that make this place stand head and shoulder above the competition. My nephew has been coming to this gym for a couple of months now. The Coaches are awesome and are on top of the kiddos. Meaning not only do they teach them as a group BUT also give them one on one attention. Definitely a self esteem and defense booster for my nephew

I go here for Brazilian jiu jitsu and kickboxing. The grappling instruction by Franklin Aguirre is some of the best I’ve experienced (and I’ve trained all over the world). The man is a wizard with a laboratory of techniques that I’ve never seen before.

Jay is the kickboxing coach and his attention to detail and ability to tailor his instruction to each person’s needs is second to none.

All in all, this is an awesome gym. I recommend it to anyone who is looking to study martial arts and get in shape.
