My husband and I had a great experience buying our dream vehicle at Marina Ford!
Salesman Mario Gasca was very attentive who gave us an excellent service by providing all answers about the vehicle we have been waiting to buy since new Broncos came out three years ago due to a high demand in orders made it impossible to buy back then. With the help of our amazing salesman Mario made the whole process smoothly for my husband and I to start the new year 2025 with a new car also Mr. Chris his boss is a very cool guy with a great sense of humor who explained all details about financing. My husband and I are enjoying our Badlands Bronco! We can wait to take our Bronco to the outdoors! We will definitely recommend our family and friends to come to Marina Ford and buy their car here.

The service department manger, Leonard is great. My favorite service advisor is Mo. he knows his stuff and is super friendly. I feel like a VIP at Airport Marina Ford. I love my Bronco Sport and I’m glad I bought it. Overall great service to match their product.

Honestly I’ve never had a positive experience at this place in the two decades my family has gone to it. Initially with the previous management it was just abundantly clear they were trying to rip us off for repairs/services in any way they could. So I go back now just to ask for a refund for a part I replaced as it clearly says I can do in a recall letter I received from Ford. Surely the place is better now right? Nope. Initially was told here I couldn’t be assisted so I called customer support and then suddenly I could be assisted. Weird huh? Was told a claim would be submitted and I would be updated with the process. That was over two months ago now and my several attempts to get in contact with the person (Leonard) I originally spoke to or anyone who could update me have been met with radio silence. Called customer service again and even they couldn’t even get in contact with anyone at the dealership who could tell me if the claim had ever even been submitted. It’s also been way over the typical 30 business days it takes to get a claim approved. So I am here to say I will be doing this process on my own now as Airport Marina Ford has once again been no help

I had the pleasure of taking my Mustang MachE to Airport Marina Ford for a factory recall! Service Rep Ken provided me amazing customer service and made sure to have my car ready super fast! It wasn’t 45 minutes and he called and said my car was ready! Best service and even better customer service. Everyone was friendly even the cashiers were a pleasure. I will be back!
