This hotel did NOT disappoint!|The staff was the first thing you recognize. They are all so welcoming and friendly. |Special recognition Brittany and Jose! They are amazing when it came to check in. They seem to enjoy their job and assisting me with anything as well as having a sense of humor!|I have stayed before and also would mention Brenda and Julisa for assisting me and always being helpful. Nelson has assisted with night request deliveries also.|The bartenders Rhodi & Daria are so exciting to be around. They remember your name and the bar is so chic and i love the lighting. It is beautiful too look at. |I always appreciate staying here and feeling like it is my home away from home! You all rock!!!!

Very clean and appealing hotel. Perfect for an early morning flight. Check in was friendly and efficient. Jose was exceptionally helpful. Popcorn in the lobby smelled great. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Mini fridge and coffee maker were nice touches.

I stay here frequently for work trips 3-5 days at a time and I have never have a bad experience here. Nice rooms and a nice bar in the lobby for small social events. The staff run a very clean, organized hotel and this location is very centralized around convenient shopping and food. I speak to Jose the most who is super friendly and available for late night check ins.

Great place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Great rooms. Airport shuttle. Washing facilities.late check out.Everything you need for your stay. Oh, and the hotel bar is the best I've ever been in. A smile goes a long way, and that's what you get here.
Will be my go-to when you need a great airport hotel in LA.

Had a great stay at Aloft! Brittany at the front desk was fantastic—super welcoming and made check-in a breeze. Rhodi and Jose were also incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend staying here!

Britany, Jose, and Brenda and I believe Christopher (don’t remember his name but he works the graveyard shift) were the reps at the hotel that helped me personally and were so awesome. So sweet and caring you could tell it was genuine that they wanted to help you with any issues you had. I have been hotel hopping because I was affected from the fires and this hotel has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and they make me feel like I’m at home.

This hotel is in a great spot. Close to LAX, Santa Monica, Culver City and has a lot of good places around it. ||The parking lot is secure, and the check-in process is seamless. Their popcorn is addicting (i had 4 bowls and I am not a huge popcorn fan) and take some time and sit at the bar. || Rodi & Dee are great. I came here with my friend and they remembered his name from the last time he was here in the middle of last year. ||Rooms are a decent size and are comfortable

A great hotel for any stay. Rodi and Dee are fantastic, so jovial and amazing personalized service. The desk staff go above and beyond to fix any issues. Clean rooms, and decent location, near the airport but not on a flight path. A good hotel for a stop over or as a base for you LA adventures. Cheers!
