My family chose this hotel for our Disneyland stay because of its proximity to the park(s), in addition to the pool and hot tub.

*BEWARE, a staff member informed us that the pool and hot tub area will be undergoing an expansion this summer. Confirm with hotel before booking, if booking for those amenities**

The rooms were extremely clean, they were serviced daily, and we enjoyed the beds.

We enjoyed having the cafe in the morning. The bar/restaurant was excellent with great service as well!

It is said this is a business hotel, which shows (they have a fed ex inside!!), but it truly is and can be a family hotel, a great option for your travels.

Never have we encountered more pleasant and helpful staff. ||Check-in was smooth and welcoming, the room was large and clean (though the shower lower grout lines could use an update), and the bar/restaurant served excellent food and cocktails. ||Of special note, Pablo (our waiter at breakfast) was just awesome! Very nice, attentive, and efficient. ||There is absolutely no question in our minds. This is where we’ll stay next time!

Overall good, with one thing to be aware of. The hotel is lovely. Personnel have been helpful. The room smelled of bleach, which I like. I heard scrubbing while they were cleaning another room, so that seemed good but the shower floor is really gross and brown. It does not look scrubbed. It's close to the Toy Story parking lot, maybe 5-10 minutes to where the shuttle picks up. The one warning is we had an Amazon item dropped off, a small package, and it cost a $10 pick up fee. I have never encountered this at a hotel, so be aware should you forget something or need something delivered, it may not be worth it. The pick up fee was almost the same cost of our item. I did not see this on the website, but did see it from the QR code in the room. We ordered the item prior to arrival, so were unaware of this policy.

Comfortable bedding, clean space, decent staff! The hotel is a 20-ish minute walk to Disney if you are up for a nice walk otherwise there are buses that take you over there. I stayed during a major conference so I had to deal with bearable noise levels from the events happening at the convention centre. It's not loud enough to wake you up but good to note if you love absolute peace and quiet. The view is really nice and we could watch the sunset on some days. I love coffee so I was pleased to have a Starbucks and market at the lobby but make time for the queue. (there is also a decent brand placed in the room). There is a CVS and Walgreens 8 minutes away and a lot of restaurants around.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the room never felt truly clean. There was a musty smell, and the bathroom light flickered, which was frustrating. The shower floor was dirty, and there were noticeable stains on the walls—definitely not the level of cleanliness we expected for the price per night.

On the positive side, the room had great natural light and large windows, which made the space feel open and airy. However, be aware that parking is pricey. Self-parking is quite a walk, and valet is available but costs $47 per night.

Overall, while the natural light was nice, the lack of cleanliness and high parking costs made this stay less than ideal. Would not recommend for Disney goers as it’s quite a walk from the park.

We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland. The pros: it's clean and the walk to Disney is not too bad if you're able-bodied. There was nothing particularly special about this hotel, it's fairly bland and corporate. The cons: the walls were way too thin! Parking also isn't free and it's a bit of a trek to get from your car to the hotel.

I like this Marriott, obviously very conveniently located to the convention center. I love that there's a Starbucks cafe in the lobby area. An excellent gym. A great bar with decent food. Great service from everybody here.

One thing that is irritating me in general with most Marriott properties including this one, with the extreme prices I'm paying to Marriott across the board, the hardware for the TVs needs to be upgraded ASAP. It's so slow, and practically unusable! Nevertheless I'm grateful I can eventually get to something on Netflix.

Exceptional Service and Care!

I was extremely pleased with my recent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed, and the balcony was a lovely touch that added to the experience. While our trip had an unexpected turn, the incredible staff went above and beyond to make it better.

On our second night, my 3-year-old unfortunately came down with food poisoning and was throwing up multiple times on the bedding. Brandon, a staff member, truly stepped up and provided exceptional care. He quickly came to our room, removed the soiled bedding, and offered to check for any medications they might have on hand. Shortly after, he returned with full-size bottles of kids’ Tylenol and kids’ Pepto. To my surprise and gratitude, he informed me that the medications had been comped by the hotel. His kindness and thoughtfulness made a difficult situation much more manageable.

The service from everyone at this hotel was outstanding, and I can’t thank them enough for their care and attention. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a team that genuinely cares about its guests.
