Great gym with fantastic staff and members. The workouts are challenging, and the coaches are more than happy to scale the workouts to something you're capable of while still keeping it challenging. The members (and coaches) I've interacted with have always been super friendly and make you feel welcomed. The gym itself has a great selection of apparatus for a CrossFit gym.

Awesome people I’ve been away from an army base for almost a year now for Recruiting assignment. The environment of teamwork and pursuit of fitness goals reminds me of the camaraderie that you’d find on an Army base. This is my second trial week here, definitely recommend if you want to be with like minded people that push and motivate you.

The coaches here are fantastic. I've been to a few bootcamp/Crossfit gyms, but I feel like the coaches here really know how to help me with mobility and other issues to perfect my squat and olympic lifts. Also, you couldn't ask for a warmer group of people to workout with! The clientele are supportive and encouraging.

One of the best things about working out at this crossfit is the environment. All the instructors and staff are friendly, helpful and more than willing to share their expertise. I never felt intimated or uncomfortable. It is inspiring to see people work so hard to reach their personal goals. It's one of the reasons I like coming here.
I've lost about 25 pounds and my body fat has gone down.

I truly appreciate everyone at Crossfit Anywhere Folsom and what they have done for me.

Everything good and that I love about Crossfit is here. Everyone worked hard to be a better version of themselves in the workout, and it was awesome. I participated in the gymnastics class and the crossfit class for the WOD, and walked away better for it from both.
Make the time to drop in and check them out, I had a great experience.

I have been working out at Crossfit Anywhere with Clint Milusnic for 6+ months and cannot be happier with the experience, and the results. I had not worked out for years and made the commitment to get into shape. Clint is an incredible trainer, not only due to his knowledge about fitness, health and nutrition, but his patience, and overall positive attitude and general care for your success. I am so happy I made the choice to join Crossfit Anywhere! Take it from a person that used to hate exercise! This place and all of the people in it are amazing. Now- I am addicted!!
