Had the chance to photograph a wedding at Arcade Underground and it was such a thrilling experience! This hidden gem proved to be a remarkable venue that brought a unique blend of urban chic and vintage charm to the event. I seriously wish I could have all of my events at this place. We had a Political Announcement Event at Arcade Underground. I have attached some photos. 1st off, this place is absolutely beautiful. 2nd. The staff is VERY helpful! Bree was our on-site venue rep. she helped my team with everything. Bree genuinely has our best interest in mind and helped make my event a success. She helped us hang the American flag by with some materials she had at the venue. We ran short on a linen and Bree provided one. 100/10 Recommend this place!

Today would’ve been my daughters Sweet 16 celebration at this Venue. However, lack of service and inconsistency with their “event coordinator’s”, did not allow me to be able to have the party I originally have been planning over the last year. Booked this venue in Dec of 2021 with a $500 deposit. They went through 3 to 4 different “event managers” all of which to be ignored when I have been reaching out to get my funds back. Everyone has said they need approval from the manager Akil Lal (Whom seemed to always be out of the country.) Then ultimately saying I need to go to the original coordinator that I booked with for refund. (Which was told to me by the second coordinator, Bree, he was involved in stealing deposits but she assured me all is well with my event) Definitely proceeding with formal complaints and action.

Nice venue, but the staff/service wasn't the best. But the wedding coordinator had just been fired for embezzlement, lol, so I'm thinking that had someone to do with it.
