Amanda Palma was so rude. She may be an adult, but god, does she act like somebody's naggy mom talking to a child. She barely let me get a word in on my application or my concerns. She made everything about herself regarding MY future. She loved saying, "Well, my family did this." I was told by multiple people who've utilized the Arizona@work or the WIOA program that she acted very unprofessional and any other person would've done a better job. Sucks for someone working for the state to act this way.

Stopped at this place to ask about classes and hiring, very neat and clean and the two ladies were helpful and amazing (Stephanie) thank you for sharing information i needed.

I called the number listed at 8:30 am today and Cynthia was so helpful. I ask if she would be able to help me check if they needed more information from me other than the forms I filled out from unresolved issues. She gave me the information from her system that I have just got paid for my initial claim from UI online. This is their new office location - they moved from 95th Ave and McDowell. Overall, I was satisfied with my call. I appreciate her very much.

It's good. First time discovering it. Went in and talked abit about job hunting and printed some resumes as I don't currently have access to all the business equipment I usually have.

I have a severe traumatic brain injury and I’ve been doing rehab for 8 years and have a speech impediment. Make sure you put yourself on mute when you start talking about others. Hung up and called again, a very kind lady answered that time and took my info & said that she would send me job opportunities. That hurt my feelings but I’m not going cry about it. Life goes on.

I've been going there for a while during the last almost 2 yrs..but I must not have asked enough or the correct questions. I have now gone to multiple work shops yesterday..interviewing an bridging connections..Shelly was a great instructor I learned so much. Then, today I went to the the overview of their services an resume shop with Clarence, he was very informative. I now know what I've been missing!
