The condition of the horses who call this place home, is criminal. They are all emaciated and seriously underfed. One has been in such horrible condition for so long, she's actually going blind. They restrict her water intake overnight because she 'pees too much', clearly renal failure in n my eyes. The owners of horses like these cite hay prices as a cause, but if u can't afford to feed ALL your horses enough to at least be healthy, then u need to thin your herd. Be very careful with the owner of this place, he has far less experience than he claims.

Cool place

Mike & Sam are very nice and care for the animals. They have plenty room to ride and a great barn all the horses are sweet and well taken care of. Also love the goats also love the doggies. They helped me out on several occasions with my horse . . Will go out of their way to help you . Down to earth folks!
