Terry forenberry is really the only teacher I had during my two course. He is a great teacher. Makes sure you understand the information being fought and has a lot of hands on practice. Help understand the real life aspect of the testing and repair classes for backflow. I would recomend these classes for anyone wanting to learn backflow testing and repair.

It's where I come to renew my water operator license. It's the best place to go. In my opinion Jim Phillips is the best teacher to help you understand the information you need whether you are just renewing your water license or if you are coming to take the test for your water license. I would like to thank Jim Phillips for his hard work along with everyone at Arkansas Rural Water Association for helping us become more knowledgeable and help us be the best water operators we can be.
