I definitely was scammed by Atlantic Technical College. The counselor and teachers are very deceptive and I spent hours a day in class being taught by someone who is not a certified teacher. We sat there and did almost nothing for hours everyday. The teacher was also rude and ignorant. She didn’t know anything about the program. I left ATC and never looked back. The staff act like children. I also don’t know why they mix adults with minors during lunch sometimes which is very problematic. I’ve also witnessed janitorial or maintenance staff talking to minors and it seemed like flirting just weird.

if your looking for a bad time, a waste of money, potential and just don't wanna use your time wisely just attend Atlantic technical collage. i had the misfortune to think i would be taken serious about my carrier but they truly only care about your money nothing else you cant even change your professor. i had the displeasure of knowing Mr. chandraksan who not only failed to teach correctly if at all but was disrespectful due to asking question about assignments that weren't even in the syllabus. It was so bad i even UN-enrolled from the class. I waited months for open enrollment to start. From the staff not even trying to help with paperwork that is required, going to speak to someone is just as difficult because they aren't even there they are working from home. everything was a challenge from start to finish and this TRADE SCHOOL NOT 4 year university. the staff should be ashamed to calling themselves ANYTHING BUT THIEVES.

The financial aid department needs customer service training, they need an audit and better managers/directors. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Ive attended 2 colleges in my career, never have i been treated so disrespectfully and like I was just a number. Send your kids to broward college or anywhere else. On top of all that, you get different information depending you talk to. I understand this is just a job for y’all, but financial aid and counselors in general are supposed to help students, maybe they forget to tell you that in orientation.

Made two separate phone conferences at different times with Mary A.Karen just to have no one join both times . No one bothered to reach out to me after I left my information explaining they never joined these conferences.According to the people I spoke to prior, I HAD to enroll into classes this way & could no longer go in person to pay/enroll. I feel sabotaged by these people because this process should be the easiest. I did my assessment tests , I followed all your procedures! Just let me pay & enroll into my classes so I get a education!

I have only been a student for three weeks at Atlantic technical college. Their HVAC program is amazing. Mr Youngblood is very hands-on and attentive. He explains every aspect of air conditioning and refrigeration and heating. He has a gift, and is a awesome representative of such a great school.

So far, it was a satisfying experience. Was a bit of a short visit to register my son to begin in fall for high school. I met with Ms. Collier who was more than helpful and took her time in answering all my questions. I am excited for him to begin.
