Jose is an incredible instructor who encourages all of his students to feel confident, and to never give up. Wonderful experience! I would highly recommend coming here! Amazing exercises for both kids and adults. Definitely rating this place a five star!

As a beginner in Taekwondo, I found Atzmus to be a highly welcoming and friendly environment that promotes the growth of students with any level of skill set. Furthermore, the instructor establishes an organized set of workouts that are targeted towards improving one‘s Taekwondo skills in addition to practicing the actual moves and patterns of this art. Welcoming environment! High quality education! Affordable Pricing! Multi-lengual Black Belt! Large mat space! Plenty of equipment!

My family and I have been going there for 3+ years. It was a quaint, quality place then. They have put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into improving it. Atzmus continues to get better constantly.
