Was trying to rent this space for a small get together, asked several times about seeing the venue and was told we could not see it prior to renting the space. Wanting a deposit without viewing the space seems a little sketchy. Won't bother with this place again

Ms. Collins is a liar and will try to keep your deposit by claiming you trashed the place. The facility was left spotless but she claimed it was filthy. She claimed we left bags of trash but my husband went to the dump 4 times!! She claimed we scratched the floor, how My entire wedding party stayed behind to help clean up, me included, its no way we left it dirty. So glad I took pics and my lawyer will be in contact.

Tried contacting the lady who owns this multiple times for her to ignore my family. My parents left notes stuck to the door, try to call, etc., and got zero response. Once we did get a response, she didn’t seem to even want to rent the place out. Once she told us the price and we were ready to pay for the venue, she stopped responding to all calls from us and left us with no venue 2 days before the event. Luckily we found someone who was available but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Always such a nice venue for our annual Homeowners Association Meetings. Has two bathrooms, a small kitchen area, and a large meeting room. Lots of parking and is handicapped accessible. The event coordinator is very easy to work with. We have used this location the past 3 years and I see the Association using it again in the future.
