Commitment To Excellence!

I recently purchased a Q5 Quattro from Vince at Elk Grove Audi. Vince was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all components of the car and the history of Audi, all before my test drive. My purchase was smooth and easy. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a discussion. I would also like to give five stars to the finance manager Bobby. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Bobby made sure I was completely comfortable and well informed of my contract prior to signing. I rarely complete surveys when asked, but I received such excellent service, I was more than happy to give a 5 star review. It was a great pleasure doing business with the team at Elk Grove Audi!

Great service and even better communication. The advisor was very helpful and took care of everything including submitting the claim for the extended warranty service.

Audi Elk Grove provided a loaner vehicle and let me return it when it was convenient for me. They also washed my vehicle before returning it to me. These are three very small things that help win my loyalty. I will return to Audi Elk Grove for years to come.

My experience with Audi Elk Grove was in the service department.From my first call to the day I picked up my car was great!
A big Thank you to Britt MacDonald who handled my car service needs with diligence and very professional!
The best customer service ever working with Britt, he answered all our questions and concerns.He knows his stuff that's for sure.Was in contact with me with everything, was able to get part necessary for a great deal .He is great at what he does. Just his customer service alone gives out a great sense that he loves his job and he represents the brand Audi with pride.
Was expected to pick up car on Thursday but received his call Wednesday with the car ready with all service done.They are on top of it ! Best experience with car service,they won't give you the run around or excuses like I've experienced at other mechanic shops.
I would highly recommend you take your AUDI for services here.

Very dissapointed from audi dealership , they are very unknowledgable , Tim carlson who did my first car check up , i mentioned that car lane assistance doesnt keep the car centralized and the car keep braking sudden when spees limit change that was to cause me multiple accidents and he was too much confidence and rudeness said that its part if safety and cant be adjust audi driving assist is like that .
After monthsss of struggling i found out by google by just a simple button will fix the lane assistance guidance and another button to fix the speed limit proplem very dissapointing unknowledgable ppl that made me had the car for more than a year now for no reason.
