This institute has provided the best experience I have had at any school. Campos the director of education, Sheena Tonge with Student Services, Hector Gomez with Career Services, and, Mr. Bragg campus director have all been helpful in getting me to the right resources to being a successful student. However, huge shoutout to all of the instructors for always making themselves available to anyone that wants to learn more. Lamaine, Betzler, Bart, Brint, Lopez, and Whitaker have all been instructors I go to if I have any questions due to their different strengths and different teaching styles. The biggest difference is what you are willing to do for yourself. If you are TRULY interested in learning as much as possible, don’t be afraid to sign up and ask for help at any time!

❌I do not recommend this school to anyone. As a veteran using my 911 gi-bill I ended up paying $2,000 out of pocket. I graduated with a 3.8 GPA and nothing prepared me for the A&P tests. I came to hate airplanes here and left without a license. 2 years wasted.

Prepare to get milked for your money.

I had the oppurtinity to take apart a Predator 212 engine. I have never really taken apart anything that runs and put it back together but this was a great experience and gives you a sense of accomplishment once you put it back together. This was a great learning experience and I think these engines are a great way for students to get their hands on to expand knowledge and mechanical knowledge as well. Great experience!

Hi, I’m currently a student at AIM I’ve been attending AIM for 10 months and I have learned a lot with great teachers, shout out to Mr Minion as he is so attentive and wants students to succeed! Lots of hands on activity, AIM is a great choice if you are considering becoming an A&P Mechanic!

Shop around A LOT before deciding on a school/training facility.
You'll soon recognize which schools are in it for the education, and which schools are in it for the money.
Don't get caught-up in their rehearsed gimmick.

Just graduated from this school today. This school has come a long way from when I started vs. how I’m leaving it. All the classrooms have been refurbished, the a/c in the hangar has been redone (thank goodness), and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Mr. Hector Gomez (career services) is extremely outgoing and friendly. He is exceptionally well informed, has all the good connections, and ensures each student leaves the school with plenty of opportunities. Mrs. Sheena, Mr. Betzler, and Mr. Campos are all so nice and play a key role in making the school actually feel like a second home. As good as it all sounds, I won’t sugar coat it, the school is definitely challenging, but worrying about ineffective or poor staff is something you’ll never have to do here. 21 months really does fly by, good luck to whoever is considering this school. It’s a good choice, if you’re strong enough 😉

had the pleasure of taking apart a predator 212 engine in my reciprocating engines block 12 it was my 2nd engine I have worked on it was a nice experience I learned a lot more from taking it apart myself I highly suggest this to anyone interested in working on engines it boosted my confidence on working with engines
