The hotel itself is decent. The decor is a little dated but overall decent. The staff not all but some specifically Victoria is extremely nasty and unkind to guest she doesn't like. However, I don't know how she determines who she likes outside of airline staff vs not or white vs. black or male vs female, because we NEVER had any interaction and she was beyond nasty to me but I watched with my own eyes how kind she treated white pilots but hard working black woman like myself she was EXTREMELY nasty to.

Ideally located close to the Mills Mall for great shopping and dining. Many other dining options available outside of the mall: irectly across from the hotel. There's business center in beautifully decorated lobby area. Live fire place. The garden area was amazing. Hang out there enjoying my free happy hour which is 5p to 7pm: offering sumptuous snacks and beverages😍. Room comfy and has in microwave😍. And the staff were really very courteous and helpful. Love their customer service. There's also an ATM in the lobby area.

This was my first time in California, that turned into a solo trip just before I boarded the plane. I landed an hour late, after midnight and called for a shuttle. From then until I checked out, it was a great experience. The night-time shuttle driver was reassuring, helpful and offered local suggestions. Horatio was the night desk agent and he was very welcoming and helpful in getting me set up for additional nights and arranging a morning shuttle to take me to the car rental place. Every employee I encountered was friendly, smiling, and helpful.
The room was well appointed with everything I needed. Sink, microwave, fridge, coffee. I was especially thankful for the travel lotion and the quality bath soap and shampoo/conditioner.

I did not stay here. I was only at the downstairs meeting room. The time we were there people were very polite and the area was neat, tiddy and clean.

Everyone was very kind and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. I was very happy I had the opportunity to stay here during a procedure I had in town. I felt safe and well cared for. Gentleman who checked us in was awesome! I will be back if I find myself back in Ontario for the night and will reccomend it to others. Very impressed.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Friendly front desk staff. Alyssa, the FD Manager went above and beyond. I loved the happy hour and complimentary snacks in the evening. Room was clean, however, there was a misty/wet smell; but not enough to switch rooms. The first night my room didn't get cleaned , frustrating, but second night it was cleaned. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel. But noisy. Can hear all outside road noise. Breakfast at 6 wasn't open or even ready yet.
