I was a vendor at the World Equestrian Center for the Holiday Show last weekend. What a great event! It was very organized and very well attend. As a vendor, I would definitely show at another event. If I wasn’t showing, I would get all my friends to attend. Jennifer did a great job with the vendors and the event. Can’t wait for the Spring and Holiday Shows in 2024. Great Event

A vendor's perspective: Ballantine Management and the whole Ocala Holiday Craft Show team did a great job with this past weekend's first Holiday Craft Show! Their advertising was effective because the crowds came. It seemed to be well-organized and nicely decorated. My booth came exactly as I ordered it. The aisles were nice and wide - very much appreciated by all. The vendor prices were reasonable and that allowed me to make some profit. I have just one suggestion: allow vendors 2 setup hours on Saturday morning. Some vendors were still setting up at 9am.

This is our 2nd event with Ballantine. We have been in all different types of events and we can honestly say that these are by far the most professionally managed events that we have been a part of. Jennifer is very communicative, sending out multiple emails letting her vendors know everything they need to know. She is also very responsive to questions and emails.

Additionally, they do a tremendous amount of advertising. A key part of a successful event.

Of course, the World Equestrian Center as a location is an excellent choice for events. It is a beautiful and classy venue to be a vendor at.

We look forward to being a vendor at many more events.

This show was greatly misrepresented. I had an issue. I sent in a question. No one called, or wrote back. Very poorly run operation. Booth rent is outrageous. The only ones making money are the owners. The vendors that show up leave broke.

Definitely a five star event for vendors and shoppers. Biggest craft event in Ocala. So very well organized from start to finish and their marketing for the event was widespread.
