Me and my wife have been coming here for years, and now we are bringing our daughter here who has gotten into gaming. Great selection of games with great customer service. We recently traded a game in for the first time and got a very fair price for it. If you enjoy gaming do yourself a favor and check out bandit video.

I have been coming here for a couple years now as one of my main spots to search for retro video games for my collection. I loved the rewards program and kept coming back to save up my points to redeem them for a $50 gift card. After doing that I wanted to buy a stack of games for $100 and the man who wasn’t the normal guy in the shop said I wasn’t able to earn rewards points on the $100 I was spending out of pocket bc I had redeemed my points which I thought was weird but it’s whatever it’s their policy. Still had me a little mad but I went on with my day. Until I got home and found out that the game I bought had a huge puncture through the entire case and artwork which was covered up with the price sticker which is crazy behavior. As a collector I’m pissed and I forever will now take my business to other retro game stores. Weird penny pinching bs is where this place has now lost me.

Owners are amazing and so are the workers, has the ability to fix and resurface the worst video game discs possible and somehow make them work again. Highly recommend. They also have fair prices and have loyalty cards. My go to game store.

I had two limited edition sealed Disney DVD tins, valued $150 online. I was thinking about $50/60 minimum, but the clerk nitpicked every little detail and told me $20 flat.

I’ve had good experiences selling pieces of my collection here, but recently the penny pinching is noticeable. Penny wise, pound you lost a customer. I’ll just sell online from now on.
