I feel lucky to have found BSA, I have been exercising before joining BSA but always struggled to be consistent. Joining the community has been immensely beneficial as we get support and motivation from coaches and the tribe to keep the routine. Anyone who is trying to lose weight needs to address diet. BSA coaches help us by reviewing our diet, give feedback, encouraging mindful eating. This has been a game changer for me and my health goals seem very doable all of a sudden. Thank you coaches for taking the time to personally check on us, we feel pampered.

I joined BSA in 2020 September during the pandemic. I tried it not knowing anything and having gained 10+ pounds of weight wanted to see if online workout could make any difference. Within the first 12 week session I noticed the difference BSA made in my life. My nutrition got better, I was not looking to lose weight but gaining my strength and a healthy lifestyle. BSA backs that in every one of us: a healthy, mindful life that enhances health, strength and a wholesome attitude to fitness. Now two years into BSA, I lift 30 pounds, eat healthy and have maintained a healthy body weight that has shocked my friends and family! My before and after story is a testimony that anyone can do it, with the right people behind. BSA offers that space and the perfect coaches. Thank you! I joined BSA mid 2021 at a time when I was struggling to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. My pre-pandemic workout routine was not sustainable for me anymore due to the pandemic work/school from home situation and the increased demands that came with it. I tried several alternatives but nothing seemed to be working out. That is when I discovered BSA. I have not looked back since. I love the workout routine, especially the fact that the coaches recognize each member is at a different phase in their journey and meet them where they are in terms of coaching, motivation and challenges. The balance of cardio and strength training with equal focus on flexibility, balance, functional moves and stretching makes it well rounded and holistic. The individual attention from coaches based on each member's unique needs, the community of women (and a few men) who encourage healthy and mindful nutrition to reach your personal goals along with the accountability factor convinces me that my long term health and wellbeing is top of mind for not only the coaches but also the entire tribe. I have been with BSA for 4 seasons now and I can see the positive changes in my body and can feel the increase in my strength, stamina, balance and flexibility since I started last year. I went from using 2 lbs to 9 lbs - 15 lbs depending on the exercise and my form and ability to do almost every exercise improved. All in all I am very happy and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good workout with an awesome group of individuals and the best coaches you could ask for.

BSA is top of the list of things that kept me sane during the pandemic! It is not just another fitness class, it is a whole world of wellness, friendship and camaraderie. Motivation comes not just from the coaches, but also from other students.
I got deeper understanding of the body and how to nurture it. Weight loss, toning, etc, for me were just side effects of the overall wellness that I feel.
I get to exercise not just my physical muscle, but also that of being consistent and persistent.

In addition to the three weekly zoom workout classes, there are mini challenges throughout the week, nutrition info, mindfulness in all aspects of life, practical self-care tips, and a ton of laughter!

The annual retreat was one of the best weekends I have had in a long time.

I think I will Be Simply Awesome for life!

This is my first testimonial for BSA.

Its been almost 1.5 months now that I am actively working out on the BSA curriculum. I have lost 7-8 lb weights and am feeling much better overall. What BSA has given me is the tool to deal with procrastination. I have tried to be physically active in various forms. I did go to Gym in the pre-pandemic world and tried to HIIT by watching youtube videos. Like most people, I will get started but soon lose interest to continue. I have realized that consistency is the key in life in whichever improvement we pursue. Sometimes we can keep the motivation to make progress even in difficult circumstances. Sometimes we need help from our peers, mentors, etc. Exercise is one thing, that I think is best managed with mentors/coaches and peers. I love working on various types of exercises that coaches here provide week to week basis and a human touch that we don't get watching youtube videos. I also get a chance to discuss with my partner on how it worked out for her and get to compete with her which is the fun part 🙂

I highly recommend BSA for those who lack the continuous motivation to keep going when they face obstacles.

The only regret I have around Be Simply Awesome is that I did not manage to join this community sooner, like during the pandemic lockdowns! When we emerged from the worst of the pandemic, I felt keenly the lack of community in my life, especially one that was all about positivity, health, and cheerleading one another's fitness journey. I have found this community and much more, as an online member of BSA. The 10-minute challenges are my go-to on busy days, the accountability photos and videos are my incentive to workout consistently and keep track besides, of my sleep, hydration, and nutrition. The bootcamp sessions themselves are on the weekend and this makes it easier for me to fit in exercise. I'm moving every day and it's getting easier and more delightful with each week. Highly recommend for busy people and everyone around them!

One Word .....Cornerstone. This is not any ordinary program but a very special one to which you get attached to instantly. The 3 main coaches Aruna Chinnakotla , Sangita Ghosh and Mitali Gupta are the amazing gems. This boot camp also provides you the nutritional element with respective to each one's needs. The coaches are wonderful in taking care of everyone's needs. They made me realize the difference between being slim and staying fit. The coaches made sure that they keep a goal for every single person and keep tracking them in spite of their busy schedule.The most important change which BSA brought in me is that to believe in yourself. In every class I hear those 4 amazing words YOU CAN DO IT ! A huge shout out to BSA. Now I wonder why I couldn't get into it way more earlier. I definitely and strongly recommend to join it and change the way you are living. I am so glad to be part of the tribe !

Kudos to Aruna for motivating me. I lacked motivation to work out , nothing inspires me to shed my weight. Its been almost 7 years getting totally comfortable with my 250 pounds. I neither increase nor decrease.
Aruna made me realize that the Lincoln I drive needs premium fuel !!! That made me realize I should prioritize myself more than anything else.
Mitali, Sangita and Aruna are amazing ladies . They make me feel comfortable and motivated to do exercises that i can handle with my weight .
I have been able to do many exercises which I could not do when i joined. I started some level of intermittent fasting. Intake of water increased to a great level thanks to Aruna. I have joined several classes , gym, FITTR etc but nothing could really make me do anything. The way Aruna communicates is very nice and genuine, her way of handling things is exceptional more so in this virtual world that we all are living in.
I am sure to meet my targetted weight loss and update this review again !
