The Absolute Worst Water Company Ever. They DO NOT OFFER EXTENSIONS have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERTISE AND ARE NONCHALANT. IM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR ALLOWING THE STAFF OF A WATER COMPANY TO TREAT ANY CUSTOMERS THIS WAY

Cherry valley water district is the worst utility company that exist they over charge charge 50.00even when your service is active they advertise payment plans and utility assistance but don’t honor their advertisement it is use the worst company to deal with

Absolutely horrible people and service. My water was supposed to be restored by 5pm today as they told me, and I came home at 10pm to no water. Also, worst customer service when trying to get a hold of someone and an answer! No follow up or communication with a change in restoration as well. I see the replies that they have left on reviews from customers yet your poor service continues. It makes sense as to why you keep receiving these reviews.

I have paid my bill since 2018 when l purchased my home. My identity was stolen so l paid using my new debit card linked to my new checking account. They sent someone to my home who put a late notice on my doorknob saying l would be charged 25 extra dollars for my bill because l did not give them a check connected to my new account. It didn't matter that l paid on time all these months since buying my home. They could have sent an email about the penalty beforeit occurred, but didn't. They don't care about their customers.

This utility service does not provide timely billing does not provide notification of changes and imposes improper additional fees based on their lack of proper billing. I have wrote utility commissions for the state and they stated they do not regulate Beaumont, but Beaumont regulates itself. It appears to me that this utility service needs proper regulation as they are making your own rules.

I cannot believe Beaumont Cherry Valley Water cannot provide their customers with an online payment to directly pay our bills. I know they were established in 1919 however it is 2023 now we should not have to pay our bill through an outside billing agency and then pay and additional $2.50 to be able to pay online. This to me is an incompetant business administration.

Called regarding a discrepancy on the billing. Spoke with Erica who obviously hates her job and has poor customer service skills an reflection of the company. Maybe she should find a more reasonable hib at taco bell..

Received a bill for August Sept last year for $424.08, my bill has never been so high, yes it was summer but I dont use that much water!. I called and they sent someone out and said it was correct and If i wanted to pay an additional $35.00 they would remove the meter and test it. I didn't want to pay anymore! Funny since then all my bills have been normal of about $99.00, bad reviews for a reason
