My daughters Doctor is out right hostile and wherever we tell them to send her prescriptions they always choose another location. Can't tell if incompetent or passive aggressive. Not professional.

A dentist should not respond with religious suggestions when hearing that a patient has anxiety or depression or any other mental health related issue. Front desk and dental assistant was great but the actual Dentist was extremly unethical. Religion is not the catchall solution. It's extremely inappropriate and irresponsible. It's impossible to know what someone has been through based on a 10-15 minute interaction.

So far it's been good, drs are nice. But I would recommend going somewhere else if you can to do dental work. They did have someone rude at one point at front desk who would not help me get a dental appointment she wasn't able to perform the task I asked her who can but she continued to ignore what I said and continued to say I can't do that you'll need to go to the other building. Now mind you I'm not a kid anymore two this tooth had an extreme cavity and was putting me in a lot of pain. I felt it was very unprofessional in this situation. So far no more trouble with the front desk anymore and visits are better.

Dental Not good at all. Made appointment about a cavity in August when I go in they start doing all this other stuff not taking care of cavity. To put it short they still haven’t taken care of what I wanted them to do in first place. It’s December and I go in because I’m scheduled for the cavity to be taken Care of. But they did something totally different now I have to wait until February to get it done. I don’t even know if they’ll do it then they will probably do something els like they always do. Would not recommend at all.

Went in because I broke a tooth, and I have found the people here to be very helpful. The hygienist seemed super competent and was nice. Dentist seemed trustworthy. Two thumbs up from me!

I DO NOT recommend this facility. Medical & Dental are under staffed, over worked and under paid. As a patient it felt like an assembly line. The dentist said to me that is the best I can do go somewhere else if you don't like it !!!!!!! Administration needs to reevaluate their policies and practice. Or are you just in it for the money.? Hmmm.

While working in Truth or Consequences I developed a nasty sinus infection. I called them as a new patient and a nurse practitioner was able to see me immediately. Pretty great! It can be a pain in the butt trying to get a doctors appointment when traveling.
