My partner and I took a private couples lesson with Ben and he was a wonderful teacher! He provided a wonderfully insightful demo and was very patient and helpful. The studio space was comfortable and Ben was a very courteous and thoughtful host. Definitely plan on coming back to learn more!

My mother and I booked a first lesson with Ben and it was a five star experience all the way. From the super easy online booking experience, to Ben doing all the cleanup himself (!) we had a ball. We learned a tremendous amount, Ben has a teacher's soul. The studio space is inviting and comfortable and inspiring. Our first lesson will definitely not be our last!

Ben’s work is aesthetically gorgeous and has extremely high utility. I’ve been giving his work as gifts for the last few years as well as collecting some of his mugs and the craftsmanship and attention to detail is fantastic.

And to sweeten the deal Ben is a great guy if you have questions or requests. Highly recommended, and worth every penny!

Had a blast learning from Ben when he gave a lesson to my family. Was great about helping learn the intricacies of throwing with awesome demonstrations. My 6 year old said it was so much fun. Booked my class through his website and bought some pieces, the website was very easy to navigate and use.

Ben is an amazing potter. His knowledge, professionalism, patience and creativity in problem solving all make him a perfect teacher. I found his beginners class from the recommendation of another artist friend, and could not have asked for a better person to learn the art of clay from. Being in class in his working studio provides a unique opportunity for one on one instruction and allows the student the chance to see the endless possibilities of a ceramics practice. Ben is very laid back and accommodating and put up with a lot of confusion and rapid fire questions from me and always did so with a smile. I am really amazed at what I’ve been able to make with Ben’s teaching leading the way. I can’t recommend his classes enough. If you want to hone your ceramics skills—this is the place to go.

I have purchased so much of his work as I truly love the functionality and style of his work and it adds so much beauty and use to my home and life. I never knew I could love a mug or dishes so much but I do and have an entire set of them. Everyone needs a Ben Roti mug in there life.

4 artists, all ceramics, in one place! It was fabulous!
Parking was easy, there is space next door. A pass through to the space. Work was beautifully displayed and the artists were available to answer questions. They had demos that lasted a while and each artist spoke about their work - 4 potters on wheels at the same time. So glad I was able to spend time at this site.
