Tire sensor has been on since coming here even though tires at proper pressure. They also tried to lie and say their credit card machine doesn’t work and only takes cash. I called them out on it since I’d been there before and somehow the machine started to work again.

Went with issue in one tire. It cost $35 to pull a nail and fix it. 5 min job. They only did cash so had to buy something in grocery store on the opposite side of them.
So, fast service but too expensive and inconvenient for payment.

I took my car here as it was a sunday and the place i normally go to was closed.i didnt inspect the work afterwards as it was just a simple tire swap(4)and are very simple stock wheels.i tought my wife hit the curb as when i saw the scratch but when i look at the rest of the wheels,3 of the 4 have really bad scratches.so i remember that a few weeks prior i just had the tires changed.needless to say it being so long since i notice it,it would be useless to call them.also they did a really bad job of balancing the wheels afterwards as the steering wheel shakes over 70.needless to say i wont bring my vehicles back here.and its sad as i like to support small buisness and dont really want to talk badly about anyone but if you decide to use them, theres a good chance theyll mess your wheels up

I regret to inform you that Best Tires has received 2 big strikeouts when servicing my car. The first involved them convincing me I needed a new tire when the tires just needed a rotation. Second strikeout was a very poor plug on a tire that had a nail puncture. The plug failed within the hour. Based on their first strikeout it was pretty obvious they were setting up the situation for me to purchase a new tire. Instead I had another reliable tire shop in the area repair the tire (they used a plug patch) and hundreds of miles later all is well with that tire. Btw that second tire shop charged me less to do much better work. Unfortunately Best Tires has lost my trust and I will not give them any more business. Bye!

I was greeted by staff, extremely nice and timely. When quoting prices they were fair and honest, not attempting to push the most expensive product. When they were done the owner kindly picked me up with my child. The price was a great deal. I was IN and OUT QUICKLY. They now have a faithful customer and I'm recommending all my friends.

I really have bad experience today, they charge me $40 for flat tire which took 5 seconds to complete it, also they didn't help me to put spare tire inside my car... they are not professional, save money guys...please don't go there

These guys are great and frankly it's my go to when I have a nail in my tire and need a quick patch. Can't speak on other people's experiences but if you treat people like people, the staff is pretty professional and nice right back. Usually it's just a quick fifteen dollars for a patch but now I'm considering buying some rims and this is definitely the spot.

Amazing service, I am a Lyft driver with pretty regular maintenance needs and these guys have always been honest about my options even when it means they're not making money. They're more affordable than most other places after shopping around, and very thorough. They have never been condescending to me in the slightest like a lot of boys club shops are or ever given me the impression that they may try to take advantage of me being a young person who learns most of what I know about car problems on Google.
