As I arrived at BI Design store front, I was met by Janet, who immediately started helping me. For three sessions, she met with me and focused on my project with so much interest and design expertise. She sent me home with tiles to try out in my space and as I went between her suggestions and trying them out in my home, we honed down exactly what would look fabulous. I'm so impressed with the generosity and design expertise Janet gave us without reserve. I highly recommend working with this studio. They took excellent care of us from start to finish.

We have been customers for many years. Alexandra the owner, is very talented, has beautiful design ideas and is very helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. She has helped us with design, materials and installation in our bathrooms, kitchen counters and backslash, rugs, carpets, drapes, etc. We had some delays that caused her installation to be stalled and she worked around us to make it all come together. Her products are higher quality than your average box stores and at first you may think they are high until you compare like quality and then you find they are very competitive. The edge they have is personalized customer service.

BI Design was wonderful to work with. They removed my old kitchen backsplash and retiled all the way up to the ceiling and around a recessed window. It was very intricate work with many, many cuts. Alex, the installer, went above and beyond to make sure it looked beautiful...and it does! It looks amazing!!! He and his lovely wife worked as a team, and I am more than happy that BI Design uses such great and conscientious people to do their installs. I would highly recommend them, and I would use them again and again.

They just finished replacing all the carpeting in our 2-story, 2100 sq ft home with beautiful laminate flooring. They worked with us to select the product, provided a detailed, reasonable estimate, and we set a start date. Their expert installers showed up on time and completed the project a day earlier than estimated. Their installer is an artist, blending the new floor with the existing base boards to creat a beautiful result. The stairs exceed our most optimistic expectations.

This project went well from the time we walked into their store until the installer pulled out of our driveway.

Terrible Service!!!! Went into the show room with 2 bathrooms that needed complete redoes. Picked out the tile and provided them with the measurements. The manager said she would contact me the next day with pricing. I followed up two days later asking for pricing and again would contact me later that day with pricing. After several time i went to another tile store.

They seem to be downsizing, with half their showroom closing & up for rent. Some of their tile offerings look promising, but the young people at the front desk did not seem knowledgeable about the products.
