I brought my 2015 Range Rover in for a Low Coolant Light on July 1, 2024. 10 days, a water pump and $2100 later I picked it up on July 11th and drove it home. Woke up and started it the next morning and had steam pouring out of the tailpipe. I was told to drive it back over and next thing I know, before I make it off my street the check engine light comes on… the car starts shaking and I look in the rear view mirror to see a ton of smoke/ steam coming from the back. I have the car towed back and I’m told it’s a blown head gasket. The car was running fine when I drove it in… it had a low coolant light on… that’s it. We’ve been battling them for a month and a half and they claim it’s not their responsibility. The car has been sitting outside their shop this entire time and they refuse to accept responsibility. I’ve been taking all of my cars there for years. It’s very disappointing and I feel like I was taken advantage of. And now I have no car as a result of trusting them.
UPDATE: Car was towed home this week and the battery now has to be replaced from sitting so long. The car had to be rolled off the flatbed and into my garage. There was also body damage to the car which was not there when it went in.

I brought my Tacoma in for a simple oil change, but the carelessness I encountered is beyond frustrating. Not only did the mechanic break the clips to my grille, but they also tore my tint while removing the old sticker. There were scrape marks all around the area, which shows how recklessly they handled my truck. Mistakes happen, I understand that, but what I can’t excuse is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of informing me, they tried to cover it up with a new sticker. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Rest assured, I will never bring my truck back to this shop due to their blatant negligence.

Purchased a set of $2000 tires was told it would take 1-2 hours to have them installed, 4 hours later, they were not installed, I had to leave for prior obligations.
I wasted 2 hours waiting and now have to go back to have them installed. I purchased the most expensive tires expected great service and a great product. So far the service has been terrible and don’t know about the product. I am not looking forward to returning, given what I’ve experienced to this point, I would not have gone here in the first place and will never return after this transaction

My husband John and I have been bringing our 2 older vehicles here for many repairs. They are always quick to help and get things done and are very flexible in working with our hectic schedules. We have dealt with Anthony, Isaac and Jordan mostly. But they have all been great! I never realized how many things Big O does beyond tires, breaks and alignments!! Thank you! Big O!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I brought my car here for an oil change. (Like usual). No issues at first, some time passes by and I was on my way to work and heard a rattle like noise coming from under my hood, I also noticed it wasn't running right like it normally does. I had someone check it out and they asked me when the last time that I had an oil change was... I told them that I just had it done. They said my car had NO OIL and that it was BONE DRY. There was no oil anywhere in the vehicle even under neath. I then had to go to the auto store and buy some oil. My car took 5 quarts of oil once I put oil in it. I drove it to my mechanic in for a diagnostic test. He then told me that my car would need a new engine..... Mind you before I took it to this place my car was running fine. after I heard that news I was very upset. I went back to Big O tires and told the manager what happened and he told me that he would have a regional manager reach out to me as soon as possible. In a couple days passed by and nobody reaches out to me. So then I call the manager back and then he proceeded to tell me that. Oh yeah I talked to him and he said that there's nothing that we can do for you.. I have been taking all of my cars there for over 10 years and this is the way that I was treated after they messed up my car. So now I'm out how much my car is worth and I'm left carless pregnant in the middle of summer. If I could give advice to anybody I would advise them to take their car elsewhere and pay the extra money and get it done at the dealership because this place is a joke.

I had a tire blow out on my car the other night. Yesterday I called Big O, because that's where I purchased the tires, and they said to come on in and they'll take care of me. I was in and out of there very quickly, with a new tire, and it costs less than $100. I was treated with respect and courtesy, and as soon as I can I will go back to buy the other three to match! Thank You Anthony and the men in the back who do the work! I hope you enjoyed the Monster Energy drinks I dropped off!

I’m so grateful I got my tires here! I got my tires here a while back and today when I got out of the store I noticed my tire pressure was low on one of my tires. I was stressing since I was working and buying supplies for the office. I remember i bought them with Big O Tires so I called them. Isaac helped me. Let me know that since I got them there they would be able to fix it at no cost. My tire pressure was at 22. Luckily I was close enough and made it. Within less than 30 minutes Isaac and the team here fix my car and I was able to continue working! The team acted quickly! I’m posting a picture of what my tire had to cause my low pressure!

The Bermuda Dunes store has very helpful and knowledgeable team members. They are a busy store but it helps that you can make an appointment. Thank you guys for always taking care of me and my cars! I appreciate the attention to detail.
