Highly recommended spot for all beautiful native work. The store is full of native artist works including interesting stories and the employees knew of all items in the store. We enjoyed having a conversation with them as well, very friendly. Their items that were sellable are fairly priced. We look forward to seeing them again, as well as future purchases. Thank you for having us.

We visited on a brief stay in Gallup and we were greeted by Bill Malone himself. He was such a nice man, sharing wonderful experiences, knowledge and personal stories. We appreciated how welcoming he was. We found a couple of amazing pieces, a handwoven rug and a painting. Be sure you stop by Bill Malone's Trading Co when you're in the area. You'll be glad you did, and I bet you find a few treasures to take back home with you.

Mr Malone is an experience that you don’t want to miss. He is knowledgeable, congenial, patient, helpful and above all informative of the Native American culture and arts. We felt as if we gained a new friend and crave the experience of a re-visit to his trading post! Thank you Bill!

I visited Mr. Malones store twice and have gained so much knowledge about his career as a trader and how native American traded. He should have his memoirs recorded and published. He has to be the last of the true Indian traders. He has a great collection of native American items for sale. I feel honored that he took time to share some of his story with me.

Bill's shop / trading post is truly a must stop. He is incredibly knowledgeable and he has a beautiful collection of Navaho weavings. He is one of the last of the true Indian traders. We had met him previously at Hubbell's trading post back in the day, and he took good care of us back then as well. We couldn't be happier with the quality and value of our purchase. Thank you Bill!

Small store but stocked with the best of Native American arts. Jewelry, pottery, kachinas, and rugs. If you are lucky Bill's wife may be in the store working on one of her exquisite Navajo Rugs. Bill is one of a kind, and true gentleman. As the former curator of the famous Hubble's trading post, he has an in depth knowledge of everything Navajo.

Having dealt with Bill many years ago at Shush Yaz I have always found him to be an honest and caring person. One of the last true Indian Traders left. I am only sorry that he opened his store a short time after I left Gallup and have not had the opportunity to visit since.
Walk in peace Billy.
