Greg was patient and professional without ever being pushy. He followed up and brought Nick (GM) to help close the deal. It was a great experience and when we got to the dealership was it was beautifully maintained, there were no surprises and everyone was super nice unlike many dealerships closer to home that just treat you like they are too good for you

If I could give them 6/5 stars, I would!!
Long story short - Bought a Certified preowned from them 6 months ago. Beautiful 530e that I love. Had issues with the tires lock where the other dealership was charging me $500+ to remove the locks and replace them. They asked me to come over with same day appointment. Lisa (services manager) on PTO still took my call/request, worked with her manager to get approval and did all of that for FREE! The last time I experienced this kind of customer service was in 2000s with Apple products.. you would know if you experienced it!

I absolutely love BMW Fairfield. My sales consultant, Mike Q, was amazing. The entire staff was attentive and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The coffee machine alone is worth the price of admission...😃. I highly recommend buying a BMW from here. The new styling and features coming out for 2025 are next level.
