Had mixed experiences going here. First service was OK and there was clear communication with our advisor. However during the service our vehicle was lightly damaged and part of the requested service was not performed. We went back and they agreed to have the service finished and the damage repaired. After 2 weeks we were told the service center was waiting on parts. 4 weeks later, we were told the car was almost ready but the service center was backed up. Additionally these updates only came after I reached out to check on the status. After 6 weeks our car was finally returned to us. The damage was fixed however the original service that we requested was STILL not completed. I called the service manager and left a message but did not receive a call back until I called and left another message. Overall quite confused why my vehicle was with them for 6 weeks yet the service was never performed all while the communication was sparse/non existent. Since then, I have gone to another BMW service center and the quality and communication has been significantly better.

Car was in for a routine oil change, during multi-point inspection it was recommended for additional service which I agreed. With it being late in the day on Thanksgiving eve I was worried about them not being able to contact my 3rd party warranty company to submit a claim. Jose my svc advisor was able to and he called to inform me that the service was covered and the recommended service would be done.
Being the next day was Thanksgiving, I was worried that my son would not be able to drive back to SoCal on Sat to beat the holiday traffic.I had to wait a day or so for the warranty company to send payment . Overall I was pleased with how everything work out! My son was on his way back to college as planned! Thanks

Communication from the service department is inadequate. Mark my service agent called on the day my car was dropped off (Monday) to let me know what he would be ordering. Since that call I have yet to hear from Mark or any of the employees there. It’s now Saturday and my calls are not addressed nor texts. What a disappointment for them not to have better communication with owners.

Beautiful dealership. Great staff in service and part department. Great experience. In and out in an hour, and it’s close to Napa too. Loved it.

Raymond at the service department was super helpful. Brought my X7 for an oil change. You normally don’t get complementary vehicle for a simple oil change, but he gave it to me anyways cause I had no other ride.Hhe also help me find a Interior part that I’m trying to change on my car.

I recently had an outstanding experience with BMW Fairfield's service department. They promptly diagnosed and resolved a noise issue with my steering wheel. The team communicated transparently throughout the process, keeping me informed at every step. Their professionalism and efficiency were impressive, and the issue was fixed quickly. I am highly satisfied with their service and look forward to working with BMW Fairfield again. Highly recommended!

My experience with their service was horrible. I took my 2012 BMW hybrid active7 for a check engine light to get it ready for a smog check and 3 weeks later I had to call a towing truck to pull it out of their lot and bring it home with a dead hybrid high voltage battery due to inactivity being parked in their lot for about three weeks and a broken front passenger window which they claimed was broken by someone who broke in into their lot. I was told that their insurance did no cover that damage.I made the decision to tow the car out because the cost to replace the hybrid battery would be out my reach.. Short story, I drove my car in for a simple fix which I thought it would take as day and I got it out on a tow truck 3 weeks later, how sad is that?

I bought a car with 45000 miles that was still under new vehicle warranty from a private dealership not BMW. I noticed the car had two warning coming on one for blindspot and one for lane departure. I figured all of this would be covered under BMW's new vehicle warranty so I took it in to BMW Fairfield. After a 375 dollar diagnostic and camera reset fee I was told my windshield is not oem and I need to get a new one to stop the faults for around 3700 from BMW. I then was told for $250 I can get my lane departure diagnosed. This was done and it was a part that was defective and changed under warranty. When I got the car back it no longer showed any faults. I am thankful for my car getting fixed and happy I chose not to get the $3700 BMW windshield as there is nothing wrong with my aftermarket windshield. Isaac the service adviser was very helpful and all the staff is friendly and tries to take care of the customers.
