Good pilates studio with chill instructor. Everything was great but music was too loud to hear/understand instructor clearly, they could just lower the volume and it'll work out.

Love Bodyrok. All the instructors are amazing and Daniella is truly exceptional. It is a killer workout that has made me stronger and leaner. The classes are always different and always challenging so you stay motivated and don't get bored.

I was excited to try this studio bc I’ve heard good things. I just got the okay to workout again post c-section and have always wanted to try a reformer type class. I arrived and felt completely lost, there wasn’t anyone who was very welcoming or that seemed like valued a new face. I struggled through the workout feeling like I didn’t understand how to work the machine correctly, and being that the class was labeled “open level” I was hopeful maybe before they would show me how to navigate them (I arrived 10 min early and explained my nerves and that this was my first time at a class like this). I’m bummed and won’t be back, I was hoping they’d redeem themselves at the end and offer some encouragement or at least ask how i liked it or what I thought. They obviously aren’t interested in the new peeps.

Was recommended to me by a friend - I should have gone sooner! Perfect workout and my instructor was easy to talk to, welcoming, and had a good sequence for us with great form tips. I will be back!

Great workout, terrible customer service. I had woken up today for a 6am sculpt class that I had signed up for through classpass. I show up to the class only to be told that I am not on the list and I should 'follow up with Classpass'. Considering that this was not a full class, you would think that they would let me do the class and then sort it out afterwards but that was not the case. This was such a disappointment and a terrible way to start the day. I went home and 'followed up with classpass' and they confirmed that I was signed into this class. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED (The previous time, I showed up and they told me I was not on the list and had signed up for cycle and had to leave without a workout... I never have nor will take a cycling class there). I will not signing up for anymore classes at BodyROK to avoid the disappointment of getting turned away. Please sort this out with classpass or simply do not offer classes through the app. This is not the way to gain loyal customers.

BodyRok is one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done, and that’s coming from a personal trainer! I love every teacher, the facility is clean and beautiful, and you will get results fast if you stick with it!
