BP Energy Center

We had a AWHONN Alaska Section meeting and it was a great location. Very clean, facility was perfect. And an employee, DJ, was a big help with set-up for audio/visual equipment.

Attended several conferences at BP Energy Center. Bright, ample parking, secured, good sound system, great catering from Nana. Try their pizza! Best in town. Crust was so good! NMS catering at BP cafe site online ordering available. They need advance notice though.

While the facilities are average, the customer service is quite poor. The room was clean and neat but the ice/water machine upstairs was out of order. The attendant was rude.

The BP Conference Center is a NICE place. There is nothing outstanding, and comes off as bare bones, institutional and adequate. I would not suggest having hours long meetings as comfort is not part of the plan. The worst thing for me is that it is not friendly at all for people with disabilities. The only way to get a wheelchair into the building includes a short hike up a winding trail, and make sure to keep your fingers crossed that there is someone to hold the door open for you.

My organization had our Holiday party here, it is such a beautiful building, with very friendly staff!

Very nice accommodations pretty scenery.

Parking is a little odd, the lots are not marked clearly. The building is very clean and modern. Over all, it's a very nice location.
