Great venue.

Excellent facilities, good bathrooms, plenty of space and overall just great.

Ample parking, plenty of shaded areas and an excellent outdoor space for marriage ceremonies.

Indoor venue is brilliant.

Lovely venue with a beautiful setting, but the sound equipment amenities, as listed in the agreement, were severely lacking. The microphone continually cut in and out during our ceremony and reception, disrupting the flow of the event and affecting the reading and recording of our vows.

I attended a wedding here recently. While it was absolutely beautiful there were plenty of flaws. Even with the WiFi password our photobooth and dj vendors could not connect to it. There is no cell service. We were promised the ice machine would be turned on and fully loaded with ice the morning of. It was turned on only that morning with pretty much no ice in it. So we had to send someone back down the hill to the store. We could not get the oven to turn on and no one in the back office to help. When it came to clean up time Joy came out about 20 minutes til the time we had to be out with the ruddiest attitude about how we did everything wrong. She was so rude that the dj started helping us move things. She was so argumentative as we were just asking questions. Even with a few things needed to be fixed we were still finished by the time we had to be out so we weren’t holding anyone back longer than what was paid for! You have someone different explain things at the orientation-very nice person and then to be talked down to by Joy the night of sucked! All the happiness and cheerfulness we felt all day just felt stepped on. Several chairs were broken. They are all scratched up as well. We started clean up 2 hours before we had to be out and made sure everything was done. Even with the short time slot they allow you to be there we wanted to make sure we were done at the right time. Also take into HUGE consideration that at the end of the night the road back down is completely black. We couldn't see past the front of our car. So many of the guests said how extremely scary the car ride home was. We couldn’t go over 5mph.

Parking was limited but the inside is very nice. We attended a wedding reception there. It fit about 10 tables and a small dance floor. Would recommend for smaller wedding or parties.

Amazing venue, great price and great customer service. They're easy to reach and are quick to do refunds if something goes wrong. They didn't light the fire place and we had paid for it, we email them and got our money back. Their botanical garden is gorgeous, even during the cold. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a venue.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL location! I used to live in the area and would often wonder through Tilden Park. My most recent visit was a long over due return for a wedding held here, at the Brazilian Room. STUNNING!
