I needed help figuring out how to print return address on the notecard envelopes. With the help of the CHAT button I was able to work through this and figure out that I had to set my printer to A6 envelope size on landscape mode. Now I wish I could add color and logos to the address!

I’ve been a long-time fan of Buffini & Company, so it’s difficult for me to write this review. I joined as a coaching client with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I anticipated. When I realized that my assigned coach and I weren’t a good match, I reached out multiple times for help, only to be told I had to work it out with the coach. Despite my concerns, the coach never returned my calls, and the next-level manager was equally unresponsive, though I could book an appointment.

The CRM system was another disappointment. It didn’t function well in Canada, yet they continued to charge me for it without offering any compensation for the issues or for the times my coach missed scheduled appointments. I even tried to contact Brian Buffini himself, believing that he genuinely cared about his clients, but I never heard back.

I was treated like an inconvenience and was essentially reminded to go away. It’s disheartening because I truly believed in the family-oriented values that Buffini & Company promoted. Unfortunately, my experience showed me that I was mistaken. This company, which I once held in high regard, let me down completely.
