Awesome spot to chill and check your cards out, they’ve got tables, a big tv, a court, and a couch. The staff were informative, they cater more to sports collectors and have a small Pokemon collection but they have a second location dedicated to that.

Been going here for years out of convenience to my house but I'm done. Singles are fairly priced but stay away from buying sealed product or selling your cards.

Boxes across everything are typically $20-70 more than you can find from other card shops. They'll often say they're giving you a deal, may even reduce the price, only to find out later that you could have bought it for $30-40 cheaper on top of that. You can find some reasonable prices on new release product, but they're often the last shop to slash prices when boxes start to fall.

Sales? Their comps are always 20-30% lower than they should be and then they buy at ~75%. Have had friends who lost big because they didn't know how to say no. Ultimately their fault for being bad at negotiating or selling to a LCS in the first place, but this shop could do better to be fairer to their customers. That's kind of how this hobby has gone the last 5 years, so who can really blame them.

I'd personally stick to online shopping as plenty of shops have better deals and incentive programs. Just not the kind of place that I want to do business at anymore.

Very nice shop in a nice neighborhood, complete hobby supplies selection and good selections of wax/boxes. Singles Cards are also available. There’s tables to sit and gather in rear part of the shop.

They made go from downtown LA to el Segundo to sell my cards and I get there and they tell me to come tomorrow like cmon you should of told me that over the phone

Large trading card store, half devoted to sports cards, the other half is all Pokemon and Magic, etc. Very nice and knowledgeable people. I was allowed to go through their stacks of well organized sports cards and picked out the ones I wanted.

The premier sports card store in Los Angeles!! Most amazing selection of unopened boxes, from all sports, you’ll ever see!! Mitch and staff are the best. From beginning collector to the most experienced hobbyist - they are fun, friendly and knowledgeable!! Cannot recommend Bullpen LA, and its “sister” store - Bullpen Burbank - enough!! A+++
