I purchased a used Escalade from this dealership. This was one of the best car-buying experiences that I have ever had. We negotiated the price over the phone (before I arrived at the dealership). Although they did not agree with my initial offer, their counteroffer was fair and reasonable. They wanted to make the deal. The car was as advertised. The salesperson (Rudy) was friendly and professional. The finance department stayed after it to give me a much better finance rate than I got online or at my bank and presented and explained each form that was required in a complete manner (Sal). All in a credit to their industry.

Best dealership I’ve ever been to (I’ve purchased at least 8 vehicles over the years). Make sure to look for Antonio “Tony” to help you out when you’re looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. In June 2024 we got lucky enough to find what my wife was looking for at Bunnin of Fillmore. Tony happened to be the salesman to help us. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy going. We never felt pressured into anything and he was willing to negotiate with us to get the best deal possible. We actually did everything via text because we already knew what my wife wanted. Tony even went out of his way to personally deliver my wife’s new car to our doorstep! So we didn’t even need to leave our house. I also recently ordered a cargo mat for wife’s car and Tony brought that to our home as well. Whatever it takes to make the customer happy is what Tony is going to do. I literally never write reviews, but Tony’s outstanding customer service has inspired me to write this review. Thank you Tony and Bunnin Chevrolet of Fillmore!

Gregorio and Brian were great to work with and made the whole buying process smooth and easy. I love Bunin of Fillmore. Super sad when the Santa Barbara location closed. I take my truck to Fillmore now because the customer service and integrity of the people are beyond anything I have experienced at any other place. I just got my truck back from them after an oil change and new tires and the people there got me a great deal- cleaned my car inside and out as well. They are lovely. I will continue coming back.
