If you are interested in learning Calligraphy, I highly recommend Catherine's class. My daughter and I recently took the class not knowing what to expect, and we both loved it. Catherine has a very calm demeanor as a teacher and I found the afternoon to be extremely relaxing as we focused on writing. She was also able to give different pointers to my daughter, who is left handed. I'm looking forward to practicing and hopefully being able to calligraphy some gift tags for the 2024 holidays.

I took a took a beginner calligraphy class here and had an amazing time. All tools and supplies are included and the pricing is super fair as you bring all your tools home + some great notebooks she’s made for you to practice at home.

This was my first time picking up a calligraphy pen and though others in my class were more seasoned, she took the time to answer my many questions, demonstrate tricks and rewriting lettering I had trouble with.

Her work is beautiful so if it’s a calligrapher you need, Catherine has got you covered. From typical media like paper to acrylic to leather and mirrors, her lettering is effortless and elegant.

I hired Everlace to address invitation envelopes for a Bridal Shower. In the hectic few weeks leading up to the wedding for my son, I failed to leave adequate time to get everything done. My experience with Catherine at Everlace Design was excellent. She provided samples of calligraphy styles, made the deposit transaction so convenient with Zelle money transfer, and completed the job within a week! The envelopes are really lovely. A couple of the invitees have already commented on how beautiful they are! I'll definitely be using Everlace Design for other projects and events that I'm working on. Also, the location for pick-up/drop-off is convenient if you're in the SF East Bay.
