I went with a friend to one of Camille's sound bath. She had a wonderful presence, was very knowledgeable and held a great class.

I never thought that sound vibrations could cause such a sense of pleasure and relaxation. But after attending several crystal bowl sound bath sessions at the Center for Health & Well-being, I want to experience the crystal bowls every day. Camille Sacco combines playing the bowls with breathing exercises and guided meditation. It makes for a unique experience, one that can’t be duplicated by a recording. You need to be in the same space as the bowls to sense the vibrations. I don’t know how the science works. But it feels like a massage for the brain. Thank you Camille for bringing this program to Winter Park.

Camille offers free classes at our local Wellness Center. After the first class, I am addicted to this form of meditation. I have tried Yoga and other forms of meditation. I have always favored a form of sound or music as a way to relax. Camille's combination of words and her artistry at crystal bowl sound meditation is right up my alley. I have signed up for the first quarter of classes and I am planning a private session for my close family and friends. Highly recommend you give her a try.

Camille leads the class through a beautiful meditation, a peaceful reset that is a must for anyone, anywhere. The crystal bowl sound baths positive vibration, break up stagnant energy and get your chakras flowing! I felt rejuvenated, positively charged and grounded by the end of call. I went to my first sound bath (ever) about a week ago, and had an amazing experience! Camille's approach, including guided meditation at the beginning of the session, is very relaxing and grounding.
