This review is not about the academics of Cañada College or it’s admissions process, but rather the grounds and walkability. The aesthetics of Cañada College are simply beautiful. The college is set up high with panoramic views all around the campus. The buildings architecture is modern and strikingly beautiful. A great place to walk because it gives you opportunity for stairs, hills, and flat ground. A great workout!

I am writing to express my deep frustration with Canada College, based on an experience that started in 2018. Despite my commitment as a student, I encountered a bewildering administrative issue that has persisted for years.

In 2018, I was surprisingly and mistakenly academically suspended over a class I never registered for. This suspension significantly disrupted my academic progress. After years of effort, the suspension was finally lifted, and I successfully completed the course with a 90% grade.

However, the complications didn't end there. Despite my high score in the class, I was informed that my GPA was still considered too low to re-register for the 2024 semester. This decision seemed to disregard my recent academic achievement.

Moreover, the wrongful suspension has left a 'W' mark on my academic record, which has been challenging to rectify. In my interactions with the administration, particularly with Edith Flores, I found the response to be extremely rude and condescending. A woman like this should be scrubbing toilets. Her attitude added to my frustration and disappointment with the institution.

This prolonged struggle over the past six years has been incredibly stressful and disheartening. It's a situation that no student should have to endure. I hope that by sharing my experience, Canada College will address these administrative challenges to prevent future students from facing similar difficulties.

Including specific details about interactions can be helpful, but remember to keep the language respectful to ensure your feedback is taken seriously.

I took just one class here, calculus, and the professor was amazing, I learned so much from him and enjoyed the challenging subject. I am knocking one star for the newly transitioned gender neutral bathrooms(they simply changed the signs), there was always tons of urine on the toilet seats and though I had a long commute home I avoided the bathrooms because they made me sick. Sometimes we just got to admit female and male biology is built different, or do a proper conversion with urinals in both bathrooms.

When I moved to California and decided to return to school i thought i had hit the jackpot with this CC. I was excited to find a school that was prioritizing safety and convienence when i was promised an entierly online expirience and i was excited to be studying in a program that claimed to be taught by leaders in my field.
I was however horrendously disappointed. I can only speak for the program i am in but i will be finishing my AA in "Digital art and Animation" in May and if i knew now what i knew then i would never have sent that application in.
At every opporitunity i have been lied to and had to seek repeated assistance to be given the commitments that were promised to me. The entire last year i have had to FIGHT to get online classes even though i was promised an online degree. I have had at most two classes where i have actually learned skills relevant to digital painting and animation otherwise the classes can best be described as graphic arts courses and even those were less comprehensive than the courses i took in highschool 10 years ago.
Some deeply unprofessional professors and having to constantly be diligent to guard from dishonest commitments and last minutes attempts at trickery have made me very dissatisfied with my expirience here.
I am giving three stars because i can only speak for the program i am in. You definitely get what you pay for though and if you need a cheap school and you have a LOT of excess patience this school is a great option for you. Otherwise there are much better options in the area that are far superior in quality.
