This is an excellent training center! Instructor Kaaren is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. As a new graduate, I feel much more confident handling a code situation after attending her class. The facility is clean, and the parking is very convenient.

I really enjoyed this PALS class! Kaaren was friendly and knowledgeable, she helped everyone understand what we needed, answered all our questions, shared real life scenarios, overall made this recertification process less stressful than it has been in the past. Great place for BLS training, straight to business and the facility was very nice with easy access parking. The instructor was very friendly and gave helpful feedback to ensure proper BLS protocols.

Best to park on the 2nd floor by going up the ramp from the cul-de-sac, leads you straight to main entrance, facility room will be to the left past the lobby.
