Red Cross had a blood drive there 12/29. I was there to donate, the place isn't handicap accessible. When I inquired about a back door exit closer to where I was parked a fireman was extremely rude to me. I was required to walk around the entire building to exit. Shocking that a citizen (serving the public) was treated so rudely by a person also expected to serve the public.
