Specific to the Vallejo location, I started my RE course in Nov 2019 a bit discouraged already. I had been attempting to take RE classes for the past year and a half, but could not find an in person class and online just wasn't doing it for me. Thank goodness for CES and Ms. Charlotte, I commuted for about 45min one way every Saturday for 10wks but it was SOO worth it! This class was FAST, fun and Ms. Charlotte is great at explaining every little bit required to learn to be successful in real estate and in your test. I could not have passed my test without her. Every bit of explaining she did and examples from real life events made it so much easier to put things taught into perspective. She provided us with the necessary links/tools to fill out our application for the state test which helped a ton! Ms. Charlotte, thank you again for taking time to help and teach us the way you did. For anyone considering CES, do not hesitate and take the chance, it'll be so worth it!

When your instructor share real life scenarios in addition to the structure of the book/ study plan. The class is Awesome and I'm glad I attended Charlotte's class. She's local and attentive to the best of her ability, she doesn't mind mentoring either. She has been nothing short of what's stated in her mission statemen. I went from student to employee. I was eager and she was willing, I've heard so many testimonials from former students she has taught and who are now doing well. If anyone has considered taking this class, I recommend to no longer hesitate, you will not regret it. It's a small investment in bettering your future financially....Go For It!!

I had Mrs. Charlotte as my teacher for my courses and I would definitely recommend this school! It was the best decision to have a instructor (instead of doing it on your own) who knows the Real Estate world and who can share real experiences, from what we were learning. Today I had my exam and I PASSED FIRST TRY!!

I passed my Real Estate this morning and as I reflect on the journey it took to get here, I am eternally grateful for the CES Real Estate program. The comprehensive program coupled with hands on learning, was exactly what I needed. Trying to get that from just reading books and taking quizzes was not going to do it for me. This hands on live zoom education allowed me to ask, and have questions answered right away, from and experienced practicing Real Estate professional. This allowed the information to stick in my head and gave me more practical knowledge of Real Estate. I also feel like I am much more prepared to take the next step in my career, than I would have been with other courses.

The best real estate instructor you will ever meet the Bay Area. Very knowledgeable in all aspect on our topic. Our teacher, Charlotte, is very detail in giving us thorough explanation on each topic in teaching about real estate. I highly recommended attending her class. Keep up the good work.
