One of the best hospital experiences we’ve ever had. Doctors and nurses are all amazing. They exemplified professionalism and care to the highest degree. Special recognition to Aspen, Liz, Carly and Olivia in Duque 5 for taking such wonderful care of my son when he had his appendectomy.

I have around 4 hours waiting for the nurse, and the system is still the same 30 minutes (from the beginning) for waiting and 7 place to be assisting. Oter people have 6 and 7 hours here, I don't understand why is to long the waiting time, the hospital don't have the necessary personal. Ohh but they ask for money and each place where we buy and don't have nurse or doctor's to help the sick kids in "Urgent Care".

Update after 9 hours, still in the waiting room.... is better a regular hospital , big mistake thing that here is a good place , super frustrated is not to much people here, and I can't understand what they're doing in side to extend the waiting here ...

The 1st nurse in the window is super rude, we have the baby sick and also we had to resist personal like this.

I don’t know how this hospital has anything less than 5 stars!! I know hospitals aren’t meant to be warm and welcoming but this one sure made my daughter and I feel safe and secure about her health and wellbeing. Besides being such an adorable hospital, the nurses in the ER and up on the 6th floor were so kind and sweet to my baby. As a first time mom… I would be lying if I said I didn’t bring my baby every other week for the first few weeks of her life. But every time I went in, the nurses and doctors made me feel like my worries were valid and didn’t knock me for checking on my baby’s wellbeing. Well a mother knows best, right? Many ER visits later my baby had an ultrasound & X-ray done where miraculously a giant cyst was found!! And At only 8 weeks old, my daughter had to have an emergency surgery. I’m so happy I chose to come to this hospital, as it was proven to be the best decision I’ve ever made. From treatment to discharge, my daughter was well taken care of and so was I. Thank you so much to the nurses who only spoke to my baby in the sweetest voices and pampered her while I was gone.

The Servie in out patient is absolutely abysmal
Takes a year to schedule an appointment. Your on time but the line is long and they cancel your appointment.
We are talking about children. Critical care
Policies need to change.
I will be putting a review on my LinkedIn account later today after I get home and wirk

When my son was 6 months old I brought him here for a check up. That check up turned into a surgery. It was Really a traumatic Experience that I don’t want to remember at all. My son is now 9 years old about to be 10 years. So that was 9-10 years ago. I had to go back for another check up since my son is feeling the same symptoms as he did before. I get worried about his parts as that is a sacred thing. He will have babies and over all I want to make sure he’s okay there. They sent me with the urologist on Monday the 30th. I got there just thinking about that time I was last there. I only write reviews when they are one stars. Because it is very important for everyone to know others experiences and hopefully this hospital sees my review if they truly care about people they will investigate this department. First complain No parking ! Which I get it. Parking is parking. They had a second option that’s ok. Second complain I get to the front desk in the urologist department she’s so rude ! Oh my goodness she’s extremely rude. She was looking at her calendar and tells me “wait” not even a good morning or hi I’ll be right with you. She was so rude. With attitude so that made me more anxious than I was already. She needs to be replaced if she hates it there so much. Anyway then the doctor was extremely unprofessional he checked my son and as soon as I wanted to tell him why I was worried because he told me I shouldn’t be it was all just baby fat; to what I was expressing inflammation since I’m an MA I know the difference but he shut me up and said wait maybe if you let me talk I’ll answer whatever question you’re going to ask me. He was telling me my son had baby fat and he didn’t care to listen to me my son and I left really dissatisfied. Told me my hospital report was a lie. He even kept it. And was sitting arrogantly with his leg on his lap. I trusted him touching my son… ugh… You can tell when doctors care or when they just like the money. I will be making another appointment because I felt like baby fat wasn’t a great answer for my worries and also will request a different hospital even if I drive farther than here. I truly don’t recommend the urology department. As you see the reviews there’s a lot of complaints already.

According to basically everyone I know this is the best hospital but I guess my child didn’t deserve excellent treatment, she was sick and took her to the ER, when we went in, there were around like 10 more kids who were also there, they were all checked out except for my kid, after waiting for 3 hours we ended up leaving. So no this is not the best hospital, more like the worst. I guess she has to be on her deathbed to be attended .

By far the worst medical care I have ever seen. My one year old was sent here from another hospital because they “specialize in children,” in need of an endoscopy because he swallowed a metal foreign object. We waited for an xray for over 5hrs. When they saw the results it was already too late for the endoscopy because the piece had moved to lower intestines. I kept telling them the situation and nobody cared. They kept telling me there were more urgent cases. (Which were older kids watching cartoons on tablet laughing and eating chips). While my one year old was crying and yelling of hunger because they told me not to feed him. As soon as I asked for a charge nurse everyone turned rude and sarcastic and made me feel like the waiting time was done on purpose. The triage lady kept telling me “you’re next” and then Proceeded to call other patients anyway. If they got upset or offended that I asked for a charge nurse that’s fine but don’t take it out on a baby. Why make him suffer more by letting him go hungry while waiting for an xray. My visit that was supposed to be emergent turned into an over 12 hr visit. The only reason I stayed was because I was scared for my baby, but never again. So many tears in desperation and nobody listened or cared. I cried to the doctor and he told me he was going to order another xray and never saw him again. Once they said they would do nothing for my son and to just let him pass the object on his own, I had to make it seem like I was leaving for them to give me discharge papers. I would have been waiting for hours.

Our 10 month old twins been vomiting blood since birth and we've tried everything, so we got a referral to CHLA and took them here and this hospital literally wanted to see our twins vomit blood on the floor before helping us. We felt defeated and left in tears. We drove to choc children's hospital with our baby boys and immediately they admitted our twins and our boys are getting help and they are sick. Shame on CHLA.
