We started my 1 yr old daughter about a month ago and she seems really happy. She doesn’t cry at drop off or pick up anymore, and she loves the outdoor play time and the activities. I love how we can spy on her and get constant updates by her caretakers. The staff is attentive and really helped with the transition. Compared to the other childcare facilities we toured, the staff and the kids both seem happy to be there. We commute 30/45 minutes each way because we were so impressed with the facility and the staff.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by this “Learning center.” From the moment we enrolled my niece, the staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. They were consistently rude and unapproachable, making it difficult to communicate any concerns or requests. The center failed to deliver on the promises they made during the enrollment process. They assured us that my niece would be engaged in various educational and recreational activities, but this was far from the truth. Instead, she spent most of her time idle, with little to no structured activities or learning opportunities. The center is grossly overcharging for their subpar services. For the amount of money we are paying, we expected a high standard of care and engagement for my niece. Unfortunately, this has not been the case, and we feel that we are not getting our money's worth. I would not recommend this “learning center” to anyone. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and we are now looking for a more reliable and professional place for my niece." DONT GO HERE

If you are looking for a daycare that promotes false advertisement this is a place for you. Other than that keep your kids away for $382 dollars a week my daughter had 3 hour naps . Provided food that did not look edible. The teachers pretended to do activities and took pictures and sent them to parents claim that they were doing educational things, but it was not true my daughter was moved from a TK class with to a preschool class . The teacher sat in a corner for the whole day while the kids played independent and no interactions with the teacher though out the day . Once I brought this to the attention of the Director, it turned out that she was a school educator And that the Director was on leave at the time nothing was done other than to switch my daughter classes. They promoted a one week free and no registration fee for what they said was the first week of “school workbook” August 26th even though when I signed my daughter up, they said that the first week of school would be August 12th with false the school wasn’t prepared after two Weeks of the date that was provide to me . They only care about the money and it sad that kids aren’t provided with learning even though that’s what have on their website . This a daycare not a learning center keep your money . My daughter is now going a much better school and it cost less than this place and for Brianna the school educator do better.

Childtime of Brea has been a wonderful experience for my little one and for myself as a parent. It is family orientated and the staff are all welcoming. Seeing my child make friends, take part in all of the activities offered, and reach milestones has definitely made our family happy to have joined the school. The director, Ms. Becky is very accommodating with our schedule and treats everyone like family. We can't thank our little ones' teachers enough! I love taking my daughter to Childtime of Brea. It’s really nice to check in occasionally on the live cameras to see my daughter enjoying meal time with her friends or playing with them. I’ve noticed that a lot of the staff that work here bring their own children here too! It’s like a big family. My daughter loves all her teachers but seems to be especially fond of Mrs. Samantha. My daughter just runs to her for hugs when she sees her. So cute!

Both my boys love this place because of the teachers and friends they made and I love them for their ease and flexibility. I also love that they have extracurricular activities that you can sign up for. My kiddos never got to attend together because the older one is now in elementary school but everything at Childtime Brea is streamlined to make the parents life easier to focus on work or whatever daily tasks so that when you pick up you can focus on your child.

We've been going to Childtime in Brea since our daughter was 1.5 years old. She is now 5 years old! We love it here. Mrs. Becky is the best and the rest of the staff (Ms. Izzy, Mrs. Lisa, Mrs. Rocky, Mrs. Elizabeth, and so many more over the years) are very sweet and caring. Our daughter learned how to write, read, and is exceptional at math - all due to them!

This place has been monumental in teaching our daughter socializing skills and language. And she's had friendships with a lot of the girls in the class. She learned so much, I can't express how amazing everyone is here. It's safe and welcoming.

Also, just to give a story as an example, around 2-3 years old, my daughter was being rough with our dog and he slightly nipped her. I asked Mrs. Becky if they could teach the kids on how to interact with pets to avoid this in the future. THAT DAY, her team taught my daughter and the rest of the kids on how to properly interact with pets. They read a book and practiced on stuffed animals. It was phenomenal! My daughter never messed with my dog again. They are the best.

I absolutely love it here! My son is 1 1/2 and it only took him a week to adapt. The teachers are all super nice and the director is the best! If you are looking for a school type environment for your child I highly recommend Childtime. My son has learned so much since he started. You can always check on your child via app and see what they are doing through out the day. The staff is the absolute best and as a parent it makes me feel good to know my child enjoys going everyday and he is in good hands. I highly recommend Childtime!
