We hosted our wedding (both ceremony and reception) at Ciel, and it was phenomenal! Studio 5 was perfect for the plant-filled, industrial-chic vibe we envisioned. Chris worked tirelessly with us to bring out vision to life, as well as to stretch the tight budget we were working with. The space came equipped with a kitchen, and Ciel was even able to accommodate our outside caterer's request to grill onsite. While industrial, the neighborhood felt safe and came with lots of onsite parking. We hands-down would recommend Ciel Creative Space for any event.

Great meeting space, perfect for catering and any size event! Parking was super easy right on the street, great location as well. Should you be needing event space in the East Bay, you cannot go wrong!

We rented the larger conference room for a meeting for my company and it was great. Very cool conference room. Easy access to street, great TV for displaying laptop stuff and huge white board. Lots of space and Christina was very helpful. You will book through peerspace which worked well also.

Very clean and spacious with an amazing coffee machine in the kitchen. The ceilings are super high and the plants that hang down from them hard lush and add a great sense of greenery. Great spot. Kilt the design.

We held a memorial for a special family member this last weekend ( 4/22/23). After the event had finished, we all said "the space was perfect!".
The size, accommodation, area, and the look was just what we needed.

Wonderful venue for a friend's retirement party. Great space. Bathrooms were clean. Parking wasn't horrible. I'll be on the lookout for any Art show they may have in the future as I didn't know this place existed prior to this party.

I'm currently looking for a place to teach some classes. I saw the web site for this place and it says "For us, it’s not just about business. It’s about connecting on a human level." I saw the video of the founders and I was very convinced. So I decided to write to them asking about the hours and schedule I need. They answer back right the way, send me the prices and the way they rent the space. For sure out of my budget and it doesn't work for the schedule I need. No problem from my side, I thanked the person and kept looking. I got an email from them asking me what my budget was, wow I was excited. I responded, and even offered to give free classes to their staff. They answered, we can't accommodate your schedule but we have Sunday free for $2000 for 10hrs. I had already told the person the days I need it, the way I need it, and my budget, there was no reason for him to ask or offer me something that would not fit my needs. I was very disappointed and decided to just ignore the last email. He insisted on a confirmation if I wanted to take his offer. Really, what a joke? I don't really know the place, but for sure it is not what is said in their web site, it is only business for those who can afford it.
