Stayed for 1 night for a conference nearby.

Place was clean and neat, easy access from highway. Price was reasonable and fair.

Breakfast was ready on time and I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a pool and gym.

They also have a washer and dryer for those who need it.

I've been to other Comfort Inns and mainly use this franchise. My reason for a lower star is because I have never had a charge on my account as a deposit when checking in.

Usually it's an easy $50 if I do but $150 is relatively steep.

Now there's a charge on my card and I'm unsure of when it will return. Reading the other comments, it looks like it will take about a week. However I'm mindful that not everyone has that amount of money accessible or comfortable waiting that long for a refund. I'd really encourage management to review this policy. Not sure if it's a city requirement or what.

Due to this, I'd recommend looking at other hotels in the area before considering this one.

Room was clean with towels that were not overused. Room cold but the wall heater worked! Breakfast: Egg sausage toast cereal waffle maker coffee... Walk-ability great! Food all around us, convenience store across the street. Only peeve was that there were a lot of doors slamming, not sure if it was the cleaning crew or a guest? Also, a guest in the hallway was loud. Probably the same guest who took like four breakfast plates back to her room in a bag?

It’s very convenient to fast food and the freeway. I wish it was warmer in my room at check in at night because it was cold out and my room was 61 degrees. I didn’t know I needed to turn the heat on manually before going to bed. Ugh. Freezing! Breakfast was included and was just fine typical motel eggs, cereal, yogurt, toast. I have had two emails and texts each day asking for a review so here it is. Please stop.

Exceptional Service and Hospitality at Comfort Inn – Thanks to AVL!

I had an excellent stay at Comfort Inn, and a big part of that was thanks to AVL. From the moment I arrived, AVL provided outstanding service—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their attention to detail and dedication to making guests feel comfortable truly set them apart.

The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. But what made the experience exceptional was the warm and welcoming service from AVL. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about guest satisfaction, and AVL went above and beyond.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay with top-notch customer service, I highly recommend Comfort Inn—and be sure to ask for AVL. You won’t be disappointed!

It was a pleasure being at that motel customer service was great wrong was clean very nice quiet no disturbance. The only thing I have to say is the couch very dirty. They need to shampoo that chair couch chair in the corner and the floors other than that it was a very very Nice hotel

The room was big, bed was nice & comfortable and parking& location from freeway was easy. While the breakfast was a hot one with waffles, eggs and sausage served buffet style I would recommend some changes. First breakfast should be served until at least 10am ALL of the days not just on weekends. People on vacation dont want to always get up early (they like sleeping in) - to get to breakfast before you shut it down at 9am which is way too early (so you need to EXTEND the hours until at least 10am ALL DAYS). Next there was no pepper or butter the 3 days I was there nor was there a microwave in the breakfast area. Plenty of salt but no pepper - some of us like pepper on our eggs so it needs provided. No butter was out for toast or waffles. You need butter provided . No microwave to heat the syrup for your waffles - some of us hate cold syrup on our waffles and want to have it heated. I didn't get to eat any waffles because there was no butter for it or a way to heat the cold syrup so I had to pass it up. It shouldn't be too difficult for the manager to put a microwave in there to heat syrup or to heat your food if it gets cold. Don't know why that would be difficult to do - just put a microwave in there. Also - adding some fried potatoes or hash browns in a buffet tray to go with the eggs & sausage would be nice since most people I know like potatoes to go with their eggs. While the motel and rooms were nice I gave an average - needs improvement for sure rating for service of just three stars because of the breakfast issues - hours are too short, no potatoes, no pepper, no butter, no microwave. We certainly pay enough for our stay for the rooms for the manager to provide all this. These would need to be added for a better rating.

Excellent hotel for a reasonable price. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast had hot items (eggs, sausage), cereals, waffles, yogurt, muffins, bread, and fruit. Parking was safe and general neighborhood had lot of eating options. I had no issues during my 2-night stay. I'll return if the need arises.

I wanted to stay here, having stayed at Comfort all across the country many times. Not only was the price of the room almost double what it said online, I was presented with the fact that there is a $250 deposit. Understanding prices have risen the past few years, I was willing to pay the extra and deposit. When I asked when the funds would be released back to my account for the deposit, the clerk said 7-10 business days. That is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that is supposed to be reasonably priced.

Tip to the owner: you can place a $250 hold on a card and release it the same day, just like any other respectable business. You don't need to take my money and keep it for a week unless you're going to pay me interest like any other loan maker.

Please do not respond to me. You're not sorry. This is your policy. It's wrong.
