Mark Farmer was the "Senior Account Executive”, and he was great until AFTER the contract was signed. Then he was missing in action, in one instance it took 3 months to receive an email response, voicemails were ignored frequently, text messages were not read, it was super difficult to work with them and their lack of support and communication was incredibly frustrating.
Often time, my concern for an event was disregarded because it was months away. The onsite work by James and Mark was non-friendly and they acted like I was invisible. The ground crew for this company were amazing, but the "senior" leadership was awful. I would not recommend nor use again.
