Good workspace, conference room was big, AC controls worked well, windows available, drinks available. It was clean, people were nice, lots of people seemed to think the same because there were a lot of people renting the workspace in the common area. Great area out back with tables, couches, chairs and even a picnic table for having a nice lunch outdoors. I highly recommend this place.

Love working here! The space is so big with so many amenities. With a patio space, large kitchen, loft, conference rooms and lots of different places to sit and work, this place is rad. Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful, AND it’s on the 101, walking distance to the beach, can’t get any better

Working here is a dream! The girls that manage the space are all super friendly and helpful, there are regular community events/happy hours, and cold brew + kombucha on tap. I love working in the open air common area or out on the patio, and I walk to Stone Steps beach most days for lunch! What more could you ask for?

I do not work at this place, but am negatively impacted by the parking problems that have been the result of the opening of this workspace.

The owners need to find a better solution for parking if they truly want to be good neighbors.

Because the Corah parking structure is not used by all of their participants and who actually take up street parking, the clients of the other businesses on 101 in front no longer have parking spaces for their use.

This has become so unfair to the rest of the small businesses who must earn income from people who need a place to park their cars.

This could be fixed if the Corah parking lot is made available for a use fee whenever someone from the public needs a parking place. The equipment used to open the gates for parking can be updated to take money or a credit card to be used on an hourly basis and would offset the cost of the equipment upgrade.

Or, Corah management could ask their tenants and visitors to leave spaces available in the street parking for the clients of the other businesses nearby. That would cost them nothing but would increase their goodwill and neighborly reputation.

Please do the right thing so we don’t have to walk several blocks to visit a business we once were able to park directly in front of.

I rent a space for my personal training but they have common areas where people can come to work with access to a gourmet kitchen , out door deck and more. The environment is networking and being a part of the working community. Awesome place to work
