The finance staff and the delivery center were knowledgeable, patient and understanding. We were disappointed that the salesman misrepresented some features that we were expecting. We were told that we would have two propane tanks and two batteries. We only received one battery. Also, we were told that the television was 12 volt, and since we dry camp this was kind of a big deal. Upon the walk through we found out that is was only 120 volts. When we asked him about it his response was " well, you could just by one". Overall we had a good experience here and i would recommend Cordelia RV. They have a great selection and we love our new RV.

We could not have had a better experience. We live over 300 miles away, but they had the peticular RV that we wanted. Our salesman Ken was great about sending pictures and answering any questions we had before driving out. There was no sales pressure. Cordelia was very accommodating in scheduling our pick-up day. They were very thorough in walking us through everything about the RV. Every staff member that we encountered was very friendly. You get the family feel here! It was definitely worth the drive. We would highly recommend them.

This business has caused me much grief. I bought an RV class c Coachmen leprechaun from them for over $60,000 cash money and it was a complete lemon. I tried to remedy this by having them fix what's going on and they ghosted me eventually. I purchased the extended warranty plan and they lied about that too and how that works. I was told when I purchased the warranty that I could take it anywhere I wanted to and that's absolutely not true once they refused to fix the issues with the RV I called the extended warranty people and ask them about taking it to another shop and I was informed that there's a clause in the contract that says I have to take it back to this business or I'm out of pocket for the repairs. That's not what I was told I was told I could take it anywhere and I would only have to pay $100 deductible.. I even tried to bring them back the RV or ask them if I could bring it back and give them $15,000 more cash for something that had less miles and I was in better shape and they would absolutely not work with me. They tried to give me over $10,000 less than I paid for it as a trade-in and I only had it for a couple of months I put less than 1500 Mi on it. But I complained from day two that there was something wrong with the generator with propane smelling inside the living quarters with broken windows with a whole bunch of things and then finally the generator blew up on me now I have this RV that is only 2 years old that I live in part of the time while I'm at work my work week that I don't have a generator in that smells of propane with me and my two dogs living in it which is very dangerous and their sales manager / part owner telling me that there's nothing he can do about it that I'm burnt. Think twice before going to this business and spending your money

Your response just shows you won't stand by the products you sell. I can only hope that your dealership will make this right.

Great experience with Linda Pine who was a helpful sales person. She made the deal work! Everyone else was terrific and patient in ensuring that my wife and I knew where everything was located and how it operated. The employees in the prep center were awesome and helped give me confidence in driving our Brinkley Model Z 3100 off the lot. I have since received responses quickly for follow up calls I’ve made with questions I had. I recommend Cordelia RV Center if you are considering a first time purchase or upgrading to a larger RV

Let start by saying Mick was the first person I had help me with my choice of an RV. He asked me what I was looking to purchase and after telling him what I wanted he decided to steer me in a different direction saving me 130,000.00 Now I was wanting this for traveling for work and fun. The new alliance trailer I purchased is so gorgeous . Her name is Betty White. So then I purchase a truck with no trailer brake in truck so I'm having them install that there. Linda did my walk thru for I'm a newbie in the RV world. This lady is the one you want to talk to. Very knowledgeable in this industry from what I feel I took away from info about my RV and RV life in general. Sue in finance top self. Everyone there are very down to earth and seem very real. I would buy again from them.

We bought our ORV in April and Linda did a fantastic job with our pickup / inspection walkthru. We learned some really neat tips and tricks on how to use and maintain our new ORV. Even though this was not our first travel trailer - Linda’s presentation was so thorough that we definitely learned some things we hadn’t been told with our prior RV purchases. We enjoyed the whole team at Cordelia RV. They made the process easy & enjoyable. (Linda’s experience and expertise in her job really showed)! Thanks Linda 😃

Just had our first service issue after buying our travel trailer recently. Wonderful experience. Called ahead 2 days and asked if we could drop by on way to the lake to have our awning adjusted and a door lock fixed. Jeff Miller and Linda jumped into action and made it happen. Stopped by and within half hour it was all done and we were back on the road to a fun weekend at the lake. Seamless!!! Much appreciated!!! Tom & Lisa very Happy Campers!!!!

Our buying experience was great. However, the service department is a nightmare. We arrived to pick up our travel trailer and the crew had broke the awning. No problem, we can come back another day. We had a big trip planned for a few months out and just needed it by the that time. The 1st day of our big trip, we extended the awning and it sounded horrible. Noticed that both sides were not extending at the same rate. So, my husband started to close it....again a horrible noise then one side sprung. We were in a different state and needed to do something. He was able to get the broken side down, but had to wire it down. We called the service center to let them know what happened. They advised us to bring it back in upon our return. We did exactly that. We arranged to have our trailer stored in a nearby lot. They said they would take care of it and let us know. We also had a few other things that needed to be fixed. 2 months went by and it was finally repaired. However, we ended up having to pay as they said it was out of warranty. I thought this was just ridiculous. We were out on our next trip, and used the awning. Seemed to work fine. However when we closed it, one side is not flush like the other. And, the slide door to the bedroom was still unusable. This was one of the prior issues they were supposed to have fixed. So, once again my husband spoke to service dept. Told them the trailer is back in storage and service dept said they would take a look at it. Over 2 months passed and we were moving trailer to new storage...my husband called to ensure it was looked at. It wasn't. No one ever put it on the schedule to be done. I would never recommend anyone to deal with this service center. So very disappointed.
