Glenn Santos, student massage therapist , demonstrates clear understanding of the human body and it's needs. For a student not yet half way through his training, his skills are remarkable! He is very professional and personable. He takes time to listen to the client, then outlines what he hopes to accomplish during the session. He checks in frequently during the massage, for comfort levels, adjusting pressure as needed, but without being intrusive, allowing the client to relax. He has a very bright future ahead of him in his chosen field.

I had a great experience with Andressa Junqueira at Cortiva Institute. I went there for a facial. Andressa is incredibly professional and clearly passionate about what she does. My skin looks rejuvenated and feels amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’m definitely planing to go back there.

Update (4/15/25): grateful for my massage from Crystal. She really impressed me for my first massage with her - she listened well, was very flexible & accommodating, easy to flow with, humble, & customized the experience to suit my needs, requests, & preferences. Happy!
Previous: I've had an overall positive experience at this center. John, the massage therapy teacher, is kind & friendly. Various receptionists over the years have been warm & kind to me, including Tracy, Jansen, & now Serena. DJ has also been very helpful in the past. I have very much appreciated having this resource in our community. It has supported making massage accessible to me as a local & supported ease & flow in my body, as well as opened me to experiencing different styles. Thank you!

The services at Cortiva are great! The students are all learning and doing fantastic. I have had 3 facials at Cortiva and will be back for more. The front desk staff is very welcoming and the decorations liven the place up. Fantastic experience overall. Everybody that I have encountered has been very nice and welcoming.

The staff here are very welcoming. Andreas’s is wonderful, she’s already working in the wellness field so she’s adding this real world experience while gaining her knowledge and skill to be an aesthetician she is wonderful as I had both a facial and a bacial (back “facial”) both were very good! I’ll look forward to following her once she graduates! 🌟

I cannot say enough good things about Ashley in the paraesthetician program at Cortiva. I’ve had two different facials with her and they rival those I’ve had in professional salons. I’ll follow her when she graduates. If she’s a reflection of the program everyone should try a treatment at Cortiva! ❤️

Was a student here for 4 months. Originally chose paramedical skincare and wanted to stay with only basic due to personal reasons. Brought this up to staff a month prior, being left with the assumption that this was possible, only to be told a month later I would either have to stick with paramedical, withdraw my hours and start all over again, or start all over again at a new school. I also didn’t learn much, very unorganized and lacking supplies needed. Most of the staff is sneaky and rude. They’ve also had crazy amounts of staff changes in 4 months… either being fired or quitting, something feels off. Ms Teylor and Ms Shemeika are the only good ones. Use ur money elsewhere, you won’t reach your full potential in this program. I just wasted so much of my time, and have never been so stressed out in my life, not to mention the staff didn’t really care and referred to me as “that student” as if I didn’t have a name. You are thought of as cash and that’s it.
