This hotel is fine if you are on a budget and you are only staying one night. There was a strong deodorizer smell in the lobby, which carried through the wing of the hotel where I stayed. Luckily, the room slider opened and I could get most of the deodorizer smell out. I was in a pretty old wing of the building. Two story. I was thankfully on the upper floor. The balcony rail was wobbly and seemed unsafe. Guest noise was minimal during a mid-week stay. For the price and the area, this is adequate. I think the Residence Inn down the road may be the better option.

Hotel does not have a heated pool, hotel does not have EV chargers they have one plug which I believe was being used by an employee both days we stayed. They will not stop charging my credit card I know have $700 in charges for 2 nights. The room had hair in the tub and the toilet paper roll was used. The room was not cleaned properly. Ever door and cabinet made so much noise when opening and closing. Staff was mediocre Absolutely would not recommend so much false advertising and fraud with my credit card. And they just tell you to call back later. I truly do not understand how they can get away with this.

While not bad, this will likely be my last time in a courtyard.

Pro:
- decent room (large size)
- decent coffee in the lobby (Starbucks machine but so expensive)
- allowed to check in early (Marriott status)

Con:
- room was hot
- water pressure non-existant
- pillows have like 3 feathers in them
- outside appearance
- mattress a little to firm for me

While not bad, I think this location do much better!

Had a problem with the Marriott app and it booked this place instead of the hotel in the area I was looking. I was charged for the first night, and Marriott submitted a claim on my behalf to get my money back. After 3 calls and 3 emails to hotel manager to help correct the problem, no one ever reached out to return any form of communication. So unprofessional, so much for the perks of being an elite Bonvoy member.

Bathroom too small. The door swings open and almost hits the toilet. Some of the wallpaper was held onto the wall with tape and just like every other hotel it was over priced. No free contintnal breakfast. The good, they let me get a room at 3am and it didn't have cockroaches so there's that.

This was not a great experience. When we arrived both (the only 2) elevators were broken. Ultimately fixed. They say their Bistro stays open until 10, but when we got back it was closed at 9:30PM. The nighttime staff is pretty grouchy, daytime was ok. When the elevator was broken the desk staff couldn't tell us where the stairs were. Not good.

I'm a man of few words and barely write reviews. Straight to the point, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Greeter was nice, room was flawless, service was great. Couldn't ask for more honestly.

We made a reservation at this hotel for 3 nights for a girls trip. We arrived, dropped our luggage off, and then left for the afternoon. When we came back in the evening, the room was very hot. We proceeded to turn on the air conditioner. It ran for less than a minute and turned off. It said the temperature was 68 degrees but it was roasting in the room. They called maintenance and the guy was surprised that they had recently had the AC replaced but they never finished the setup. No thermostat on the wall, etc. We were moved to a room on the first floor. The room was a bit musty, but we were tired, it was late, and we began to unpack. Used the sink, it clogged. Maintenance was called again. When we finally got to bed and started drifting off around 11:30, the fire alarm went off. As we began to exit the room, another guest was coming down the hall from the front desk and said it was a false alarm and that they had confirmed that this had happened at other times!! In the morning, we had ants crawling in our beds, on the walls, the desk. When we complained, we were told it was hot and this just happens. What?!! I shouldn't go to a hotel to expect ants in my bed when I wake up. The wallpaper was peeling, there were water stains on the ceilings and the bathroom was less than clean. The ceiling in the fitness area was literally falling down and they had more than one bucket catching water. We told them we wanted to transfer to another hotel and got the run around about how my Marriott points couldn't be put back into my account for the other 2 nights for at least a couple of days. After wasting nearly 2 hours of our vacation talking with the front desk staff and a couple of calls to a Marriott customer service specialist, my points were back in my account within minutes. I was highly disappointed with the fact that I was blatantly lied to about my points not being able to be put back immediately for use at another hotel. We would absolutely not stay at this hotel again. It was the worst experience we have ever had.
