Was able to check in early, hostess very welcoming and respectful. The hotel itself when you walk in very clean. Was even given two complimentary breakfast passes.

Usually Marriott hotels are really nice, but this one was not as great. Beds were comfortable, the bedroom was clean, and the location seemed fine. Staff were also very friendly. But the bathroom was a bit gross. There was hair (somebody else’s) on the floor, wall, and some towels. The shower curtain smelled. Attached Shampoo bottle also fell. I just felt kind of gross taking a shower there.

I had the best experience at the Marriott! My flight arrive in Phoenix at 9am and the rep working allowed me to check in early! She was very hospitable. She was kind no matter what time
of day I went to the desk. My room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The free breakfast was good and the level of kindness I received from the entire staff was unmatched! I have to visit Arizona monthly for work. I will
definitely be back to the Marriott!!

Our experience has been great especially the customer service. Bianca checked us in and was very kind, professional, and offered us cold waters. Every employee greeted us when we passed them going to our room, including the housekeepers. The room was clean, ac worked great, and the beds are very comfortable!

Eliana has the worst customer service, I had a reservation as I’m a silver elite member at BONVOY . I made a mistake while booking my reservation, and she refused to be of any help as my internet on my phone wasn’t working and I was stranded. Do NOT STAY HERE! Was told it’s a Franchise maybe not even REAL BONVOY

Stayed here for a work meeting and could not have been more pleased! Front desk gal was kind and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, bistro was amazing! 5 stars to Leah! I watched her carefully make dishes that were not only pleasing to the eye but also tasty! Her work area was clean and she was super pleasant to converse with and attentive to all guets. Would definitely recommend this location! Hats off to the entire staff!
